Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home. Fenced yard in rear if you are traveling with your dog. Fully furnished home with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, utensils. Unit includes a washer/dryer.. If you want to bring your horse, neighbor across the road has an empty stall. Property is fully fenced; we live in a separate unit on the 5 acre property. Comfortable and remodeled, this is perfect if you are planning a trip to the World Equestrian Center or local attractions. Minutes from Rainbow River boat launch.

Great little getaway

What a great little place to stay, just the right distance from so much to do. Clean, quiet and dark at night for some great rest. Susan and Art were wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying here. Everything you need to feel at home. Fully stocked kitchen, fenced in back yard. Gated entrance. Pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Conveniently located close to hits, wec and Ocala.

Best Vacation Ever

We were 5 minutes away from the state park, tubing, canoeing, swimming and the list goes on.. Susan was more than hospitable and made herself available for any needs we had..The property had plenty of privacy and the dogs loved the woodsy back yard... It was truly the best vacation we have taken thus far.. And that came from my 15 year old son,, whos not easy to please... lol.. Thank you to Susan and Art.. We loved it!!

Sarah and her family were the best guests. Kids and dogs and visitors and I barely knew they were on the property. They left the home spotless! I would rent to them again...anytime! Hope you had a safe trip home

Originally from New York, we moved to Dunnellon several years ago to escape the cold and snow. I breed and show Miniature Pinschers, Art builds bamboo fly rods and ties beautiful fishing flies. (I think they could be great earrings!) We have a fully fenced agility yard on the property as well. The dogs love laying in the sunshine

Why they chose this property

Dunnellon offered a small community with amenities that fit our lifestyle. Zoning was dog-friendly. Horses are allowed and we have lots of privacy. Only problem, you can't fly fish standing in the Florida streams - the alligators might get you.....
