Beautiful condo to call home for our week in Breckenridge. Easy walk to town and the lifts. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat in when we wanted and it was a short walk to the hot tubs to enjoy a soak after a day of skiing.

My family stayed here and loved the personal touches the owner put on it from the books, the decor and especially the snacks! We will stay here again and highly recommend this place. The lift was a short walk.

We drove into a heated garage and took the elevator to the 4th floor. The condo is very spacious and clean. The hosts left a large canvas bag overflowing with amazing snack, unexpected but very much appreciated!!! 5 minute walk to the lift and town, great location.
Great location, walking distance to Quicksilver chair. Property is pretty accurately reflected in the photos. Kitchen and bathrooms could use some upgrading but everything works fine. TV operating instructions would have been helpful. Good WiFi.

Overall the Unit is as described in the listing. Good location for skiing and to town amenities. Furnishings were comfortable. Parking was convenient. We were given no written instructions on how to access the unit after 5pm. Make sure you make prior arrangements

The condition of the apartment were correct. The only issue that I encountered was that the wi fi did not work.
Living in the Denver area, we typically do day trips to Breck, but decided to make a longer stay this trip. I was looking for a property within walking distance to lifts and also downtown, and this one was absolutely perfect! The unit was exactly as pictured, and the perfect size for our family of 3. We loved sitting by the fireplace each evening apre ski, and enjoyed a dinner as well as breakfast in, due to the well equipped kitchen. We also had the option to walk to many great restaurants and shops and we did that as well. The garage was also so appreciated as we got a lot of snow during our stay. And the elevator was handy for hauling all of our gear. We had such a great time enjoying Breck for a few days that we are planning to make this an annual long weekend. We would definitely stay in this exact spot again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Review of property
Wouldn't stay there again. Location, nice, Amenities, not so nice. Dated, uncomfortable beds, way too far from the hot tub(about 100 yards) and says W/D as an amenity but it is actually a commnunity W/D on the 4th floor hall and coin operated. Just not a good experience. Hot water didn't work in one of the bathrooms and we reported on the first day and no one ever came to fix it so we had to use one bathroom for 4 people the entire trip.

Thanks for your review! In the description online, it says coin operated laundry, we're sorry that took you by surprise. Additionally, we appreciate you calling in the concern about the hot water. Our team was able to get over there on the morning of the 7th to inspect and ensure there was hot water working in both bathrooms. It is a brand new 60 gallon hot water heater in the unit, as of November 2019!
The location is great for walking to/from the slopes, quicksilver lift, and town. Having access to the parking garage was awesome. Check in and check out were very smooth. The only negative would be the walk/access to the jacuzzi/pool.
Location was great but the only complaint we had was parking. Our vehicle with ski racks would not fit in the garage and the only other option to park was about a ten minute walk back to the condo. So that one was a bummer. That’s what would keep Us from renting this property again
My family and I had a great time staying g in the property. This property was dated, but very clean. The fireplace in the living room was perfect. Easy access to town and the slopes. I cannot give it 5 stars because the beds were the worst. The larger beds were hard as a rock and the twin was a giant marshmallow. Being to get a good nights sleep after skiing is too important. If you do not like an extra firm bed, do not stay here.
Unfortunate circumstances require better communication from the property
The property itself was nice and as listed in the description, however, on the second day of our stay resorts and the property facilities shut down due to the nationwide mandated quarantine. We tried multiple times to get in touch with management to figure out if they could remediate our stay or at least receive a late checkout, but no one answered the front desk line or any of our numerous emails. We ended our stay getting rushed out from the room even before we were ready and without notification given the circumstances. The lack of communication from the property management is why the review is only 3 stars.
Everything about this property was accurate and the location was amazing, but the master bed was like sleeping on a boxspring, my husband and I ended up sleeping on a cot and the couch. - Unfortunately it really soured our experience.

This property was the perfect location for ease of getting around town. Close to a bus stop and walkable to everywhere in town. Great layout for a family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked for any meal. Pretty views from every window. King bed was a little to firm for us.
We loved this house. Perfect size for our family of 4. The location to the river/hiking trails and use of the pool/hot tubs were a great way to end our days.
