This unit offers incredible views of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters PCB is known for. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the gulf, a large Smart TV with cable and access to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom has a King size bed, Smart TV with cable & ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The twin over twin bunk area is perfect for traveling with children. The living room sofa also pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. There is also a second full bathroom as well as a washing machine and dryer.

Important Notes:
- Parking & Wristbands: There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $35 plus tax & credit card fees (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival that includes up to 2 Parking Passes and 6 wristbands. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link to pay will be sent via email prior to arrival. Max 2 vehicles per HOA restrictions. Watercraft, trailers, campers, golf carts and oversized vehicles are not allowed to be parked on premises.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
