Great room great view!! What a wonderful place to have meals and hang out with family! Coffee with ocean on the deck! Wine with the sunset on the other deck. Fantastic. I thought the lower levels were going to be more modern than the traditional beach house paint and wood, but then again that didn’t hurt anything. Rooms were spacious.

Location, location, location! Close to everything fun in Corrala and Duck!! Private beach access to an incredible beach, the shelling was so fun!! Large heated pool and lovely hot tub. Nice grill and tons of beach equipment.The house has a pool table, a well stocked kitchen, big smart tvs, pretty bedrooms and bathrooms AND incredible balconies!!!! You can see sunrises in the back and sunsets the front!! The host was kind and responsive. We had a great time and will try to get back again next year!

Relaxing paradise!

House and location are absolutely perfect! Enjoyed a very relaxing beach vacation with the family. We had the entire beach to ourselves. The pool and hot tub were so fun to hangout in. Would love to visit yearly as we had such a great time!

Beach Getaway

The house was beautiful. 100% as advertised. To be able see a sunrise and a sunset from the living room was amazing, The hot tub was clean and relaxing. would stay there again in a minute.

Perfect location, well maintained property

We had a wonderful long weekend stay with family. The host was kind and responsive. The property was clean and well stocked. The beds and couch were comfortable. I loved waking up to the sound of crashing waves. Everything was great! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Definitely worth a return visit

Beautiful property in a lovely location. Excellent amenities and enough room for everyone. This was a great vacation and the communication with the host was excellent. Only jnick was the outside area- it could’ve been a little better cleaned and maintained. Pool was great and hot tub was wonderful. The area around both needed some cleaning but otherwise it was perfect. Will Return !!!

Our large extended family had a wonderful vacation at Pine Island! We were all amazed at the size of the couch in the great room and the amount of dining seating - it was the first house that could comfortably fit our family of 19. The location is PRIME! There are no houses at all behind you so your beach is 100% your own which is such a luxury! And having ocean views AND bay views is just stunning! The location of the home is by far my favorite aspect of this house. I don't think you can find a better location on the island. The owner/manager was so kind and very quick to respond to our concerns (hot tub wasn't working and he sent someone out very next morning, influx of small bugs on the deck because of the weather and he sent an exterminator, etc). The only comment I'll make is that it is not a great house for the older population: the decking around the pool is slippery which made us concerned that my parents would slip easily, and there aren't steps down to the beach, just a steep sand dune.

Beautiful Home in OBX

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home for the Thanksgiving holiday. We were a large group ranging in ages from 1- 60 plus and the home was the perfect size for all of us. The kitchen was well appointed for all of homemade meals and even for Thanksgiving dinner. We only wished this kitchen had a larger or second Kitchen fridge for a home of this size(there is an extra fridge in the basement but we quickly filled that one up too). The beds were all super comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked. The property manager was always communicating with all the information about the property and was very responsive if we had any questions. The views from the house were incredible being right on the beach and also facing the sound. Being super close to Duck and also Corolla, it was a perfect location to visit either town easily for food or entertainment. Having the beach a few steps away from the house was great for the kiddos. It was super easy to bring their toys up and back each day. We also loved the enclosed pool area as the kiddos couldn’t get to the beach without an adult due to the locked gate. We will be back in the summer so we can enjoy all the amenities! We highly recommend a stay here!!

We stayed here for a week in mid June and had a wonderful time. The home was as described and the host was very responsive. We had a few minor issues that were immediately addressed. The kids loved the pool and the beach, as did the adults. We had daily dolphin shows and the sunsets were stunning from the front porch. The location is perfect and convenient to both Duck and Corolla. Don’t miss the wild horses! Truly a memorable family vacation.
