Beautiful property with plenty of space for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The owners were a phone call away and very responsive. We had everything we needed!

Beautiful home and yard . Host was awesome and always answered calls on first try. Bedroom were warm but cooled down some by day 3. Everything was clean and lots of supplies provided. For use on the kitchen & Washroom.My only problem (or issues ) was not enough TV’s. I would have liked televisions in each room or at least the Master. This house is beautiful and spacious. The host was always friendly and u stand able to our needs. This has truly been a 5 star all the way.

We stayed at this home during Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house was outstanding—very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for all of our guests.The pool was clean and well maintained, and the large yard provided plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The size of the home was definitely one of its best features, making it a great choice for families or larger groups.The only suggestion I would make is to add TVs to the bedrooms. For such a large home, there was only one TV in the entire house. Having TVs in at least a few of the bedrooms would be a great addition, especially when hosting multiple guests.Overall, we really enjoyed our Labor Day weekend stay and were very pleased with the property. Beautiful, spacious home with a great pool and yard. I would definitely recommend it!

We’d required a large house to accommodate 14 people including 6 teens. So having a pool & pool table was fantastic, as it kept them entertained. We also held a family party and it was large enough to host 40 people which was fantastic. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with plenty of space.Additional guest house with 2 bedrooms, with its own kitchen. Kitchen was large, with additional BBQ area outside in the pool area.Large lounge area to entertain guests.Host - Was available and we had a few issues which between the host and owner they resolved very quickly. Checkin was easy, cleaning services available on request. Location was convenient for where we wanted to be, 30 mins Hollywood Beach, Miami downtown 40 mins.

There is so much to love about this property! Plenty of space for 14 guests to stay as well as hosting a graduation party. The main house was clean with a lovely design and many areas to enjoy. Fabulous yard and pool, along with an amazing outdoor cooking area. We cooked 4 large meals at the property with plenty of supplies. The guest house is under renovation but was still a great place with updated bathrooms. Best of all, Daniel was available by text or phone call to answer any questions and address any issues, which were minor and resolvable. Would definitely stay here again or at any of Daniel’s properties.

We were a group of 16 ranging in age from 2-95. It is a lovely home though the additional home needs a refreshing. The pool is nice. However, there are few amenities ( nice towels, extra blankets, soaps, one TV in main house, inconsistent Wifi). When we contacted the house manager, we did get responses but we did call numerous times.

I recently booked this house for my family get together and this house went beyond my expectations. The house was beautiful, modern and spacious with a lot of rooms. The back yard was beautiful and had a big clean pool. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive making sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this house to anyone that’s looking for a stay in Miami.

Upon arrival the kitchen counters were full of ants. I get it, this is Florida. This was reported to the host with no action taken on his part. One bedroom was full of flying insects when we arrived. We sprayed and killed most of them but the bedroom was unusable. The lawn looked like it hadn't been mowed in weeks. We had young children who wanted to play in the yard but the grass was too long. After contacting the host about this someone finally showed up on day 4 of our stay to mow. While we were around the pool. Then we had to skim grass clipping out of the pool. Almost like the host wasn't even expecting us. The property is in a beautiful area and has the potential to be a wonderful experience. It had plenty of room for our 8 adults and 3 children. But it just seems to be a little poorly maintained. We still had an great time but no thanks to the host.

Family wedding

The 2 roosters and chickens next door woke us up every morning and continue during the day and night. Don’t expect to sleep in. The house was spacious and clean but does need some TLC. The property manager was very helpful and got back to us right away. If they got rid of the roosters we would stay again
