About this property

Kensington Park is a townhome community located just off of Kent Ave in Frankford. Just a short drive to Bethany Beach. Enjoy the outdoor community pool, a championship golf course just down the road, or the nature of the local state parks. Community offers a pool for guests that is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. There is enough parking for 3 cars.

Please note, there are no pets allowed.

Saturday-Saturday rentals only Memorial Day-Labor Day and 3 night min. during off season.

Linens and towels are included.

Guests must bring their own paper products.

No need to pick up keys. There is a keyless entry on the property. Check-in is 3pm and Check-out is 10am.

FIRST FLOOR

There are 2 bedrooms with a shared bath as well as a shared patio. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed with a TV and bedroom 2 offers a bunk bed with 2 full beds and a TV

SECOND FLOOR

The main living area is very spacious and opens up to the kitchen and dining area. Off of the dining room is a deck where you can sip on your morning coffee.

THIRD FLOOR

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths located on the third floor. The master has a King bed with tv and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twins and the 5th bedroom has a queen bed. Both have access to the hall shared bath.
