The property was absolutely fabulous. My kids and grandkids loved every minute of it. They especially love the pool with the lounge chairs and it over 21 of course and the Pickleball and they enjoyed grilling out. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a fabulous place to stay Oasis is for the win

Beautiful condo and fabulous gulf views! Very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Amenities were nice - including the cafe near pools and beach boardwalk with great burgers and truffle fries. Perfect long weekend!!

The unit was super clean and had plenty of space for our group. The beach views were absolutely stunning—we spent most of our time soaking it all in. Can’t wait to come back in the future! Highly recommend!

I would give it a five star on everything I can think of, except for one item. The property as a whole is not set up for the amount of people that they are trying to accommodate. At certain times of the day you could be waiting on an elevator for 30 minutes or more. People would literally be on one floor and walk up or down a couple floors to get on quickly. They wouldn’t even care which way it was going, just get in and ride til it goes your direction. It was bad enough I would really have to think before staying here again.

Exactly what we wanted

The condo itself and the complex were great. They have a few great touches that made it everything we wanted. We have stayed in Perdido, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach area for the last 7 years and this was easily our favorite place to stay.

The room was spacious, the balcony was just the right size for 6 people. The condo does need a few things. A new toilet seat in the master bath, way better sheets (they felt starched and only 100 goat-hair thread count), better cookware, spatulas, extra towels (there were only 8 towels), beds are very firm, pillows were worn and flat, dining room table and chairs are cheap and flimsy, the entertainment center needs repair, this condo could sell for 1M, but it has 6 shower heads in the master. Come on owners! I would not choose this specific condo again without some changes. The Oasis is a premier building/property and its amenities are second to none. Parking is plentiful, indoor pool is quite big, outdoor splash pad and pools are fantastic. We very much enjoyed our time but sleeping well was challenging for us.

We loved the Oasis property itself, the lazy river was very relaxing and my grandkids had so much fun on the water slide!Parking was never an issue, we found spots easily every time we returned to the property after an outing.We really enjoyed the 4 hot tubs in the indoor pool area. So many times at a resorts will only have 1 or 2 hot tubs and it’s awkward getting in with people you don’t know. Having 4 it was easier to find an open spot. We also liked the huge indoor pool, one evening there was lightning and everyone had to get out of the lazy river and swimming pools and it was nice to have a place to take the kids so they could continue to swim & have fun. We went off-season the middle of September and catching an elevator was never an issue. We enjoyed that it had a place that served a large menu in the pool area and everything we ordered during our stay was very good! The unit itself had very pretty views, but the furniture on balcony was not very comfortable. We prefer padded loungers & tall chairs to enjoy the view.It was not quite as clean as I would have liked it, but not terrible either. I’m pretty picky about cleanlines.We did wish that it would’ve had some sand toys and some beach chairs. Our condos always have those things in the unit and there was nothing.I also did not see any games, we usually find some board games.We did like that our unit was right off the elevators. All in all it was a wonderful trip and we will definitely stay at the Oasis again.

Overall, we had a great stay. The unit was clean, beautiful view, right on the beach, a lot of amenities in this building, owner was quick and responsive to issues. A few things to note: You will wait FOREVER all day long for elevators at this building. So if you can rent on an upper floor, do it, you will then get priority of the elevators. The outdoor pools are NOT heated. The Owner does not supply anything for the beach, no beach towels, no beach chairs, no umbrella, no boogie board, no beach toys. We thought to ask this before our trip, and good thing we did, because they supply none of it. And thankfully we drove and could bring those things. But I have never stayed at a beach rental anywhere where the rental owner doesn't supply a single item for the beach. I don't know if that's common for this building, but we found that to be pretty unusual and pretty unfortunate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was great. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The lazy river was nice and never too crowded, even though it was in the middle of the summer. The only complaint is there was no phone service in the building or condo. We had phones with 3 different carriers between all the guest and none of the phones worked. This is great if you are looking for a get away with no phone service, but I was working some while the grandchildren and daughter were swimming. The internet worked great, but I could not make calls on my cell phone.
