Comal River Condominiums is a gated complex that sits on the beautiful banks of the Comal River. With the Comal River just steps away, guests can enjoy fishing, tubing, swimming, or even a peaceful stroll. This rental offers private access to the Comal River. Walking distance to restaurants, downtown, Schlitterbahn, and a short drive to Gruene, Texas!

Comal River 313 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

-Sitting on the relaxing banks of the Comal River you can get a 1.5 hour float in by jumping in on property and floating down to the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) The walk back to CRC is about 15-20 minutes!
-Take advantage of the beautiful green area on property, bring some lawn chairs to sit and have a day on the riverbank with the convenience of staying on property for lunch and bathroom breaks.
-A quick 15-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot!
-Walk with your tubes and cooler about 10-15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to either the CRC private riverbank (30min float) for a pitstop (make sure you’re wearing your property wristband!) or keep floating down to the last public exit, corner of S Union and Lincoln St for about a 2 hour float! The walk back to CRC is about 15-20 minutes!
-Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery!
- If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service.
-And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill is only a 10-minute drive away!

Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information.
Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS.

Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property.
Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is a 10-15-minute walk, away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce.
