We had an amazing time at this property. I have stayed at Sanctuary at Redfish many times (although this was the first time we stayed in this unit) and it never fails to impress. We love the pools, private beach access, and other amenities provided. The unit itself was perfect for our needs and felt like home away from home. We loved making breakfast before going out to the pool or beach, sitting around the sofa and watching YouTube videos, and lounging on the balcony taking in the sights. Would definitely rebook this property in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay in Santa Rosa Beach. We look forward to hosting you with Newman-Dailey in the future!
Love this place!! This was our second stay at the property and we could not be happier with our experience! The beautiful condo, sugar sand beach, the serene lake, pools, hot tubs, & fitness center are just a few of the reasons for our return. Kitchen is updated and fully stocked with EVERYTHING needed for cooking. Kids enjoyed the good WiFi access for gaming. Do not be put off by the ferry ride to the beach…the boat driver makes it so fast and fun and the private beach access is super quiet and peaceful…unlike other properties in the area. This is the best beach condo we have ever been to!

Though not in the same condo, our place this year was again a wonderful retreat in this complex for our extended family. We love the location, and kudos especially to Christina and Captain Bob!

My family had a wonderful time staying at your condo! The grandchildren loved the four pools to pick from and Bob did a great job shuttling us back and forth to the beach. The condo was very comfortable and our family of 7 enjoyed our time spent there. We love this area and will definitely be back again! Our only compliant was the tv's in the front bedroom and upstairs bedroom didn't work. That would have been nice to have enjoyed that option. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful time at Sanctuary at Redfish 3120. We agree the property helps create many wonderful memories. We are sorry to hear that two of the televisions did not work. We would have been happy to send someone out to fix them had we known. We have forwarded your review to the property manager so she can make sure they are in proper working order. We are glad this did not deter you from enjoying the tranquility of the resort. We hope to welcome you and your grandchildren back very soon.

The condo was nicely decorated and had the amenities advertised. There were a few disappointments nothing that overwhelmed our visit.
Only one roll of toilet paper per bath room for a 7 day stay was not enough.
The WiFi was very slow and went out at night. Bandwidth is probably too low for a unit with 4 bedrooms.
The TV in the queen room was not hooked up to the cable
Front door does not lock when you shut it. So you have to remind kids to lock the door behind them.
Pool, fire pit and hot tub hours should be spelled out in the rental information. Also, there is no place to dry beech towels in the unit and you can’t hang on the chairs or the railing on the balcony. This should also be noted prior to rental.
Additionally, the furniture had not been moved and cleaned under. Lots of dust bunnies floating around when the doors get opened. Fire pit is difficult to light and no instructions are visible. Same with gas grills. Hot tubs were down first two days of our stay.

Thank you for your recent review of Sanctuary at Redfish 3120. We are happy to read you enjoyed the property and everything was as advertised. We do our best to communicate with guests prior to their stay, including what to bring. We provide an initial set of paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags and then guests are responsible for any additional items they may need. We appreciate you informing us about the queen room TV and dust, and have shared your comments with the property manager. The internet is run through a third-party so we can never guarantee connectivity. We work with the cable company to correct any issues as soon as possible, however we recommend guests bring a Hotspot in case of a service failure. The Homeowner’s Association does not allow towels to be hung on the balcony, however, each rental is equipped with a washer and dryer for drying towels. We look forward to welcoming you back to the beach.

Even after some hiccups we had a very enjoyable stay
We arrived on Feb 1st and noticed that evening we had no tv service. The next a m we called and reported the issue and someone was to get back with us but they did not. We called again on Sat a m and eventually someone came but was not able to help....they in turn returned with an assistant and tried for nearly an hour and then called for more assistance. Five days later we did get service....this was during Super Bowl of course that we had no reception ! We had planned to go to the exercise room and just remain there to watch it but we were finally able to see it elsewhere more comfortably.
We would strongly suggest replacing the sofa and 2 chairs in the living room....terribly stained and worn out. We placed clean sheets over them and did fine.
The lamp in the master bedroom on the first floor didn't have a bulb in it but we discovered that the switch was broken so that should be addressed....not a problem for us. House keeping should have notified the manager and also a larger lamp needs to be placed on the end table in the living room....and a second lamp is needed on the other side so one can read better. It was rather dark unless the over head light was on at all times.
Even though the fire alarms blared one day all over the complex for over an hour killing our ears ( which this could not be helped ) and the furniture in the living area being badly in need of replacement , we still had a very nice stay !
This unit has the capability of being really great with these few things addressed !
Lovely view, great layout, and people trying to be very helpful.
We were there 5 weeks and enjoyed a quiet stay overall and the view of the lake and ocean were so nice.

Overall the experience was great from the time I booked the vacation online to getting this great “app” which helped out a lot. The resort was beautiful and my children and grandchildren loved it!! The weather didn’t cooperate the best every day so having the one heated pool was amazing especially for the little ones. We had a bigger condo so the only little issue was not having enough cooking supplies for cooking for 10 people! But all in all a great time had by all!! Thank you!! Will share our experience with our friends!

This was an amazing condo in an amazing location. Convenient to all the activity at Seaside and the other 30a properties, but very quiet and low key. Very well maintained, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, plenty of linens. We had a wonderful time! A couple of things to note and for the management to think about: 1. No wine opener in the unit. Huh? 2. Coffee maker leaked all over the counter every time. 3. No shelf or hanging baskets in the shower meant we had to have soap, shampoo, etc on the floor of the shower. Not very convenient. 4. The front gate was open for our entire stay. As I said, we had a great time and these things did not diminish that at all. We will definitely be back!

Well decorated but ferry not as convenient as I had hoped
Condo was well decorated and nice. We were traveling with my elderly parents & chose this location for the ease of getting to the beach via the boat/ferry drop off service. We traveled in October and the water was too low to be dropped off at the normal location so had to drop off further away which is not suitable if you have older adults traveling with you (uneven sand, walking thru water, longer walk). My mom was never able to go to the beach due to this. Also the ferry stops running at 5pm so if you want to stay to see the sunset you have a very long walk lugging all your beach stuff back to the condo. This was listed as NOT pet friendly. I am highly allergic & felt like a pet had recently been in the condo. It was either that or the bedspreads needed to be washed. We still had a nice vacation & the weather was perfect.

Thank you for taking time to leave your review. We are so sorry to hear about your problems with the ferry boat but we are sure you understand that water levels and boat hulls are something we, unfortunately, have no control over. Captain Bob and his boat are a free service to our guests and 99% of the time there are no issues. You are correct, this is not a pet friendly unit and our housekeeping inspectors are usually very keen in detecting when a pet has been in the unit. But we washed all bedding to be sure. We’re glad to hear that, overall, you had a nice vacation and perfect weather. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Property wonderful, unit very disappointing
Sanctuary at Redfish is a beautiful property. This unit could be but it really needs to be updated. The master bedroom had a chair that was stained and dirty, the bedspread was torn and stained. The couch and chair were stained and dirty. We had to request blankets, none were provided. There was no door on the bathroom in the bunk room, just a curtain on a rod? The lanai furniture was old, faded and worn out. The throw blanket in the living room had chocolate chips stuck in it. The dining room chairs had food stuck on them. The unit had not been cleaned properly before we got there or inspected. Light bulbs were burned out, part of the light fixture in the master bath was broke and hanging down . Newman Daily the management company addressed all of the concerns as best they could when we notified them of all of the problems, but they should have taken care of these things before the unit was rented if they are the property management company. We will go back to the property , have been several times but will choose another unit as we have stayed in many lovely units on previous visits.

Great Place to stay
Sanctuary at Redfish is our happy place. This is our second visit to the area and we had 2 families together this time. There is plenty to offer for families. The pools, lake and ocean are all wonderful. The boat experience is great and Capt. Bob always has great recommendations about what to do, where to eat and just provides a fun day. This is a great location if you want something off the beaten path without a ton of crowds surrounding you. If you want highrises with a ton of people, this is not for you. We will keep coming back. Rental office is easy to work with and kept us in the loop about some maintenance that was being done to this unit. Nothing was wrong, the owner simply was updating the hvac and being proactive. Awesome experience.
