LEVEL 1
Boasting 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, The Blue Escape can accommodate up to 14 fortunate guests. A large open-concept floor plan spread across two levels allows for maximum enjoyment among all guests. The amazing kitchen is fully equipped and is a Chef's dream, featuring granite countertops, a huge island with plenty of seating, and top-of-the-line appliances; everyone will want to be in the kitchen preparing the daily feasts. The dining area features a table with seating for 10 and additional seating at the breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large gathering room with a 65” flat-screen television which is perfect for family gatherings after a day at the beach! The Great Room offers views of the outdoor living space, pool, and hot tub. The Great Room boasts a 65” TV, games for the family, a queen-sized sofa sleeper, and access to the grilling area which features a built-in 32” Bull Grill. Also located on level 1 is a half bathroom.

LEVEL 2
All bedrooms are located on the second level. The oversize Primary suite features a king bed with a 65” flat-screen TV and is connected to an large ensuite bathroom with jetted tub, separate a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. There is also access to the balcony that offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the outdoor living space, pool and hot tub. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 features 2 full-sized beds, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 4 features 2 Twin Bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 5 is connected to the Primary suite and features 1 Twin Bunk Bed. The full-size guest bathroom is in the hallway with a shower/tub combination and a large double vanity with granite countertops. Guests can also access the balcony overlooking the pool from the top of the stairwell. Also located on the second floor is the laundry suite with a full-size washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE AND POOL AREA
The Outdoor Living Space and Pool Area will be the perfect hangout! The large pool, 12x28 with built-in sun shelf, is perfect for basking in the sun. The hot tub features a tranquil waterfall cascading into the pool. There is plenty of outdoor seating and comfort including 4 lounge chairs, 5 Adirondack chairs and a picnic table and several umbrellas for those who desire some shade.

BEACH ACCESS
Beach Access is located at the end of the street, just a short walk from the front door, and leads to the secluded beach, which provides more serenity compared to the beaches to the east. Also located at the beach access is the County Pier which is the perfect spot to watch sunset, fish or stargaze.

PARKING:
The Blue Escape has plenty of parking and accommodates 4-6 vehicles depending on the size and type of vehicle. Parking availability includes parking one vehicle in the garage.

The Blue Escape is in the heart of Panama City Beach and steps from the Beach and County Pier. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within walking distance. Pier Park is 3.5 miles from the property and features over 120 restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and The Grand 16 IMAX Theater. Publix and Walmart are less than 2 miles from the property.
