Very spacious. Being on the ground level and the end unit made it like we had our own private section when sitting on the patio.

We have stayed at several other condos at the king and prince and this has been by far our best experience! The condo is clean and nicely finished. The rental company was very easy to work with. We enjoyed being on the bottom floor as well.

Amazing Condo in a Great Location

We've been to St. Simon's Island several times and this was by far my favorite condo we've stayed. Location is great, easy beach access, and many fun amenities and restaurants nearby. We had a group of 6 so passing off one keycard was a bit challenging, but if that was our only hang up, then our stay was near perfect. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. I'd love to book this exact same condo next summer.

The unit was fine, however, it was tired. Other than the appliances, it does not seem to have been updated in many years. I have a hard time calling this unit a luxury villa but still paid luxury prices. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed being on the first floor.

Thank you, Beth, for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the wonderful ocean view and the convenience of the first floor location, but we are sorry the overall condition and furnishings of the villa did not meet the expectations you had for your stay. We truly appreciate your candid comments regarding the need for updates and the value you felt you received. We will be sharing this feedback with the property owner as future improvements are considered. Thank you for choosing Lilmar Vacations and for giving us the opportunity to hear about your experience. Miranda at Lilmar Vacations
