This is a well-located, well-appointed rental with a excellent hosts. We especially appreciated the fans since we arrived during a heat wave! Wealso appreciated the amenities in the kitchen: think coffee maker, filters, and grounds! Too, there were enough pots, pans, and dishes to have hosted a dinner party, which we might have done if we could have stayed one or two more days. In all, a genuinely five-star rental.
We were pleased with our stay. There is a bit of an odor possibly from the rugs, but nothing too displeasing. We would stay again if the need arises. Thank you.
I booked this VRBO for two of my family members and they loved it! It’s in a lovely part of SF, very walkable with lots of great restaurants/cafes/bars just blocks away. They really enjoyed the space itself, especially the big open living room with lots of natural light. The decor was quite pleasing as well!
Great location! The condo was lovely - spacious, clean, and everything you need and more. The trundle bed couch was super comfortable, and the bedrooms were very peaceful. Great place to spend a few days in the city.
Stayed with my young family for a few days. Nick was a pleasure to deal with for any questions and help e.g. restaurants. Property is spacious and comfortable, amenities good, walked to nearby spots including Haight. No need for car as street parking takes time to find and public transport options straightforward to use anyway plus more fun, especially the cable cars!
We had a very pleasant day at this property. The location was excellent and very convenient. There were lots of suggestions for sightseeing.however, the listing was a little bit misleading. I did not see anywhere that it said that it was on the third floor without an elevator. I traveled with my 87-year-old mother. Additionally, it listed that there was air conditioning, but there was not. It is a little bit loud, and the walls are somewhat thin, but the property was immaculate, and the area was bright and sunny.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
From the pictures and for the cost I expected a better experience. The apartment was adequate, but not a place that invited you to spend time. The kitchen was sparsely equipped - not just a lack of cookware, but also lack of basics like trash bags, tinfoil, cling wrap - things that make use of a kitchen easy. The dining room chairs were cold and uncomfortable, the living room had just one couch with the only other sitting options being beanbags - not ideal. There apt was rundown with a fridge that didn't have a working light, the bathroom sink had just a dribble of water coming out of the faucet, bathroom towel hooks on the door were falling off - just a shabby vibe that leaves a bad feeling. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Final thing was that the access is quite complex - 2 door codes to remember and one key to carry with you, so if you have several people staying together it's quite cumbersome.
