This open and spacious home is truly a delight with views of Dalton Ranch Golf Course and the surrounding mountains, and is centrally located between downtown and Purgatory Ski Resort. This home features a fully stocked kitchen plus dining table for 8. The large living room has a gas fireplace, reclining sofas, and great views of the 3rd hole of the golf course. Outside is a concrete patio with outdoor seating. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with dual vanity, large steam shower and separate tub, plus a walk in closet. You will find a second bedroom on the main floor with queen bed and tv in room. There is a half bath on the main floor as well. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin bunk plus a sofa sleeper. There is a full shared bath with standing shower. Parking is available in the garage for one vehicle plus there is space for two vehicles in the driveway (please note no street parking is allowed per the HOA). Wifi is provided should you need to work during your stay. The owners will be making many improvements in 2024 including upgrading the half bath to a full bath, new flooring, and a breakfast nook in the kitchen.

This home is dog friendly for one dog with a non-refundable fee based on size/type. Please let us know about your pet when inquiring or making your reservation.
