Spacious and gracious home perfect for a large family or a bunch of girlfriends in for a conference. We enjoyed cooking in the VERY well equipped kitchen, and the view from the back was stunning. Hot tub was great - we had a maintenance issue that was addressed very promptly by the host. A wonderful visit - we’ll be back!

Fantastic location and home for our group to connect. We stayed in most of our stay. Top tier touches in the home decor and amenities. The hosts have paid great attention to detail in making sure their guests know where items can be located and how to use the space well. Everyone in our group complimented that it was such an amazing property!

EXCELLENT property and location. The whole property was more sprawling than I expected, which gave everyone areas to spread out. Also great large areas for everyone to gather together. Bathrooms were well appointed with supplies and bidets. Kitchen had premium appliances. The only thing that surprised us was the steepness of the driveway down to the second house. We initially planned for grandparents to stay down there, but changed our bedroom assignments. Not a dealbreaker for anyone looking to book, as you can just drive down to the lower house. Highly recommend for large groups (we had 17).

Amazing house with incredible views. This home was perfect for our family reunion. Everything was better than expected. Private, secure location - yet only 30 minutes to downtown San Antonio. Pool, sport court, foosball, and so much more made the home itself a destination! Quality comfortable beds and furnishings. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. The amenities were all in excellent condition - the rooms were large and the furnishings comfortable. The bedding was clean and hotel quality. The pool and jacuzzi’s were perfect. The basketball court and pickleball offering made this property unique. The host was responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The listing did not mention how wonderful the view from the back deck was truly breathtaking, and there were plenty of things to keep us busy during our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect place for a restful retreat!

The main house, guest house, and grounds were impeccable, clean, and everything was labeled! Easy to get to but secluded enough to feel like a getaway. The homeowner was a joy to work with. I highly recommend you stay here and I can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Place for a Large Group

We are a group of 16 golfers that do an annual event. We always find a house big enough to hold all of us. This was year 5 and this house was the first that was just as advertised. Everything from the house to communication was first class. I would highly recommend this house for large groups. The views are fantastic and everything works as expected and there was plenty of coffee and TP for a large group. Sounds silly but the small things are appreciated and taken care of at this place.

An exceptional VRBO

We are seasoned luxury home renters and I can tell you, this property is exceptional in several meaningful ways. * It is GRAND and luxurious!!! Tasteful and quality materials and appointments throughout! * It's impeccably maintained. This home has many systems and special conveniences. From the swimming pool to the stand-alone ice maker, everything was in good working condition. Which leads me to my next point... * Everything was labeled and in most cases there were clear operating instructions provided, right on or near the appliance. * Arturo earns his credentials as a Premier host. Great communication and ready to answer any request or issue. * A genuine desire by the host that we felt welcomed and cared for. My wife asked me to add... "Very clean!" Thank you for a great stay!

It was very clean. The kitchen well stocked. The amenities-ie pool, hot tubs, ping pong, pickle ball, basketball, foosball and pool table were in great order. Landscaping well kept.Lots of extras. It met our needs for a group of 16.
