Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. I’m sorry you experienced electrical and cooling problems during your stay — that is not the standard we aim for. The property does not have central air; it relies on individual window/mini‑split/portable units, and I apologize that several of those and multiple outlets were not working when you arrived. Our team did respond the night of your stay, and after your report we had an electrician complete a full inspection and repair: secured and replaced the loose receptacle, restored power to the affected bathroom, repaired faulty outlets, and serviced the cooling units. We’ve also added additional pre-arrival checks and clearer listing language about the type of cooling provided so future guests know what to expect. Thank you for noting what went well and for bringing these issues to our attention — feedback like this helps us improve.
