It is located on Highway A1A, approx. six miles South of Historic downtown. The two private Balconies overlook the beautiful, refreshing pool and each have a view of the ocean which is just steps on the boardwalk. The privacy of the upstairs bedrooms can be much appreciated when children or friends are staying on the new upscale sofa sleeper. The like new appliances, granite counter tops and ceramic tile flooring in the fully equipped kitchen & linens makes travel a pleasant experience and can help expand your vacation budget on other activities. Salt Water Cowboy's located on the intracoastal waterway, Hurricane Wings, Purple Olive Fine Dining, and Seafood Kitchen are great restaurants just 2 minutes from the condo . The World Famous Oasis is only 1/2 mile north on A1A and all come highly recommended. Enjoy your drink of choice on the ocean view balcony and let the sounds of the ocean ease your spirit. Wonderful location and Great Place

We went to St.Augustine to try new restaurants and have a relaxing stay. This place was in a perfect location and an easy Uber ride to the places we wanted to check out. When we had an issue with the cable box going out, not only did they come repair it quickly, but he gave some great recommendations for restaurants and they were delicious!!

The apart is really nice!! It’s no so far from the difference attractions of the town and the shopping area, the beach is a white sand and clear water beach. We really love to stay in the apart, for sure we will rent it again.

Clean properly, pool, beach access. Kitchen full stocked with kitchen ware. The washing machine is very small so don’t expect to wash all the towels and sheets in a couple loads. Wish I would have seen the beach chairs in the closet on day one! Overall an excellent place for a vacation!

If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, clean place to spend an enjoyable vacation with a pool & private beach access.....look no further. We had a wonderful time! Close to stores and a short drive downtown. My only regret was we wished we could have stayed longer. So much to do and see... Not enough time to do it all. Would definitely come back again.

Location was great if you can get there. Wrong address listed on VRBO listing. Never received check in info. Tried to contact owner but had no response. It resulted in an hour lost vacation time driving around to incorrect coordinates . When I finally spoke to someone they sent another address. I asked if they could accommodate with a late check out or some kind of credit for the inconvenience, they went dark . No response . I asked several times with no response so i just dropped it, not worth the aggravation but If you have any issues just don't expect them to try address them or correct the problem

This condo was very clean with a great view of the ocean and pool. We enjoyed having two balconies, and it was just the right size for a family with two teenagers. The tennis courts were close by, in front of the condo, which was a bonus. Our questions were addressed quickly, and that was appreciated.
