Great getaway!

We came up for the weekend to escape the heat and smog of SLC. It was wonderful. The condo was very nice and good for families (kids were 7, 2, and 3). The highlight was seeing a moose and her baby moose at the base (2 mins from condo)! We would stay here again for sure!!

Best 2 bedroom Condo in the Village

We’ve stayed at many of the condos at Soltide over the years and we’ve come back to this unit multiple times because it is truly the best. The layout is great, the furnishings are high quality but still very comfortable. The location is incredible, great Mountain View, top floor and very quiet. Smart Tvs, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and a lot more.

Perfect slopeside condo!

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations - the place was in beautiful condition and spotlessly clean, the location was easy to get to the lifts and anything in the village, the views from the condo of the mountain were beautiful. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My kids favorite part? The hot cocoa sticks and the cool bunk beds :). We would absolutely rent this place again when we come back to Solitude!

Very disappointing. Good: clean, nicely decorated, walk to restaurants, short drive to hikes. Nice pool but no available chairs that hot afternoon. Host responded promptly to my messages, if inadequately.Bad: UNIT LISTED AS AIR CONDITIONED. Arrived 3 hrs. early. Paid 55 early check-in fee to escape heat but thermostat in condo read 95 degrees. "A/C" was a single free-standing unit, insufficient for this top floor condo. We left, asked for waiver of early check in fee since unit was not then usable. Returned after 6 pm and temp was still at 87, barely cooled down to about 83 overnight (only 2 windows in unit, none in second bedroom, patio door has no screen to leave it open overnight, ceiling fan remotes not working, fans only operable at low speed, owner promised batteries but they were never delivered). Outside heat not owner's fault but condo should not be listed and priced as air conditioned. Took multiple emails before 55 refund was issued. Elevator had a warning from February 2026 that water exceeded EPA standard for a certain mineral. Owner should have provided a water filter. Had we been informed we would have bought bottled water when we were buying groceries. Owner's response - "most people buy bottled water anyway." Took two full weeks for VRBO to tell me our 1500 security deposit would be returned (we left the unit imaculate), then 2 more days for it finally to show up as "pending." No reason it should take that long. Would not stay again.
