Easy Breezy OBX - New Beautiful Modern Home on the 4x4 w/ Ocean Views & Hot Tub.

New construction for 2024, experience the majestic wild horses from a modern and sophisticated home perched on one of the tallest properties in the 4x4 area. Views of the ocean abound from all bedrooms on the first and second floors, as well as Corolla Lighthouse, and sound views from the kitchen.

The first floor boasts 9' tall ceilings throughout the master king and two queen sized bedrooms. Escape on to the deck through 8' tall sliding doors in all bedrooms. The master bedroom features a tile bathroom with rainhead shower. The shared tile bathroom features a double vanity seperated from the bathtub and toilet.

The second floor features an impressive sloping 14' tall ceiling, a nearly 10' tall glass sliding door and windows that open to the deck facing the ocean. In the master bedroom you'll find a 10' tall sloping ceiling, 8' glass sliding doors, walk in closet, and tile bathroom suite with rainhead shower.

**Please note: A 4WD vehicle is required to access this property.**

Do NOT feed the wild horses. Feeding them apples, lettuce, carrots, etc will make them very ill. It is illegal to feed them.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The host was responsive to any questions. The house was modern and clean and the ocean views were amazing! We saw wild horses from the house and decks daily and we spent more time at the beach than any vacation in 20 years. The beach chairs and boogie boards came in handy!

Great house great location

Our family enjoyed our stay. Owners were very informative & helpful with tips for driving on the beach. Easy walk or drive to the beach from the house. We loved seeing wild horses daily. Owners were very responsive when cleaning issues arose. Our concerns were immediately addressed. On a rainy day the hot tub and arcade game were great amenities to keep the kids busy.

4X4 beach

Going off road was a new adventure for us. Using the recommended roads is a must! Seeing the wild horses was fantastic! Driving to the beach and not carrying chairs was great!

Modern and luxurious beach house

I recently stayed at this newly constructed modern beach house and it was fantastic. The design is sleek and contemporary, with large windows that offer stunning ocean views. The open-concept living area was perfect for socializing, and the kitchen was equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plush bedding and plenty of natural light. Outside, the deck and hot tub were ideal for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views. The location was great—just a short walk or drive to the beach. We were surprised to see wild horses every day. Overall, it was a luxurious and comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beachside getaway.
