Enjoy this conveniently located Akron home that we consider "The Happy Place". Just 24 miles from the Pro Football Hall of Fame and 36 miles from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, this cozy Cape Cod is perfect for a short or long term stay in the city of Akron, OH (Home of Lebron James)!

The home features a Main Bedroom on the 2nd Level which has a queen bed with a pillowtop mattress, a half bath, 32-inch Roku Smart TV and plenty of privacy! The first level features 2 additional bedrooms each with queen beds, pillow top mattress, and 32-inch Roku Smart TV’s! Conveniently, one of the first floor bedrooms has a queen air mattress in the closet! Additionally, on the first level there is a full bathroom with a spacious stand-up shower, a full kitchen with a table that sits 4, a living room with a comfortable sectional, and a 50-inch Roku Smart TV! The lower level has a rec room with a Roku TV, table, 4 chairs, and games for your enjoyment!

Guest can simply park in the private driveway and self-check-in through the front door using the keypad entry.

My wife and I were born and raised in Akron, OH just minutes from this home, and we love the neighborhood! We now live in Columbus, OH where we have 3 other Short Term Rentals! We have been Short Term Rental Host since 2019 and love that our properties can play a small part in the memories that our guest create for themselves and their families. Our listing will not disappoint as we take pride in the little details to make it feel like your home away from home!

Family business

We love this cozy place. All the amenities were especially nice and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. Thank you for making our stay in Akron so enjoyable.
