Beautiful fully restored five bedroom single-family home with lots of space. Comfortably sleeps 10, up to 11 with a cot. On site laundry, off street parking, Optic WIFI, game table and flat screens throughout Roku TV’s. There is one full sized main level bedroom if someone needs main floor living.
House is centrally located on Payne Phalen East, side of St Paul next to Church, Library, close to bus line This property is near shopping centers, 3M buildings and minutes from downtown St Paul CHS field and Xcel Energy center. Also only 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and close to Minneapolis AIRPORT and St. Paul Airport.

The house was very clean. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen was stocked better than any VRBO we have stayed in. There were three off street parking spaces which was good because we were there during a snow ordinance.

This is one of the nicest, well appointed, and thoughtful VRBOs we've ever stayed at. The hosts are super communicative and accommodating. Our group of 11 all were comfortable in the rooms. If we ever decide to come back to this area we will definitely be rebooking!!!!!

Vacation for a girls get away weekend

The house was great, everything was nice and clean. The hosts were easy to communicate with for any requests. We all enjoyed the games provided and the outside area in the evening. We were able to travel to our events easily from the house which was nice.

Amazing property - so well stocked!

We were so impressed with this home. It was beautiful and so clean! There were light snacks and drinks stocked for us, as well as condiments so we didn't have to worry about that. The bathrooms had first aid kits, there were age-appropriate toys for our kids to play with, and there were even manuals for the appliances. The furniture was comfortable and we had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend this to others, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This home is beautiful inside. Well stocked with any item you can think of. If you are sensitive to smells like me this home is for you...no stinky air fresheners or strong laundry scents! Would definitely stay again, all our family who stayed with us loved it! home!

Fantastic experience enjoyed by all!

We were a group of 4 adults, coming to Minneapolis/St. Paul for an international choral festival. Our stay was 6-days/5-nights. We chose this property due to the number of bedrooms, everyone in our group wanted their own private room. The location was terrific for us, as it was less than 20 mins to downtown Minneapolis via freeway. The home is beautiful and updated and is equipped with EVERYTHING you could need. Beds and linens were outstanding, possibly better than home! Snack basket in the dining room with drawers full of games - we ended up playing Yahtzee till after midnight one evening. The hosts were wonderful, very communicative - they checked in with us several times during the rental. Entry was via pin-coded locks. Flat screen TVs with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, etc in the living room and all bedrooms. Bathrooms were great! House was clean top to bottom. Laundry available in the basement - I was able to go home with clean clothes in my suitcase!! Make sure to check out Cadence Records and coffee on Payne - great vibes! Also, Juche- a great Korean restaurant just around the corner on Payne - 2minute walk from the house. Cub supermarket and Walgreens are 6 mins away - so everything you need is close and convenient. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! I would highly recommend this rental.
