Check in and check out were a breeze. More space than we needed for a family of five. Kitchen has just enough pots and pans to make a great meal. The grill is great, just know it's charcoal which you can get nearby should you what it. A little lay out quirk is that access to the backyard is through a basement bedroom. Very comfortable couch in the living room overall a great stay in St. Paul

This was a great property to stay in. It is close to everything that we wanted to do. The property was exactly as pictured and owner was very responsive! We loved the board with suggestions of things to do in the area!

Hosts were very responsive. Information provided was very clear. No problems accessing property, etc. Very nice place, clean, linens, etc. provided. Not a fancy place but worked well for a weekend in the Twin Cities.

Bonspiel Visit

First impression wasn’t great as we checked in and were greeted with trash and dirty linens from the prior renter. Kudos to the host for arranging a cleaning while we were at an event and we came back to a cleaner house. Overall a nice place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and good access to area amenities.

The unit was a real good value. Not fancy, but very comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. Knocked off a star as the water pressure was less than desirable and the drains were slow. Nothing better than a comfortable bed when traveling for a good night sleep.

Great for families

This is a great place to stay if you are bringing your family. It is 5 minutes from the zoo, which is still pretty active and largely indoors in the winter. It is also only 20 minutes to the Mall of America. There are plenty of beds. The kitchen is bare essentials. The living room is comfortable. We were there in the winter and the owner was kind enough to provide a snow shovel and salt to keep the driveway and walkways clear.

Definitely a lot of sleeping space, but not a lot of space to sit comfortably. We were able to use the folding chairs, which was not ideal for lounging, but did the job. Property does not have great curb appeal but is a cute neighborhood, give it a chance. Very sweet, nice neighbors.

VERY CLOSE TO FAIRGROUNDS

THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 4 ADULTS ON THIS TRIP BUT ONLY 2 OF US MADE IT. VERY SUITABLE FOR OUR STAY. THERE ARE SOME MINOR ISSUES THAT COULD USE SOME ATTENTION SUCH AS LIGHTING FIXTURES. SOME ARE NOT ATTACHED TO CEILING, ETC. BUT WORK FINE. ONE MOST IMPORTANT NOTE: SNELLING AVE. SPLITS TAYLOR AVE. IF YOU USE A GPS FOR INSTRUCTIONS TO GET TO TAYLOR WEST, YOU "MUST BE SURE TO PUT" (W OR WEST) INTO ADDRESS. YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS TAYLOR AVE TO THE EAST SIDE FROM SNELLING. TRICKY BUT NOT SO BAD ONCE YOU KNOW HOW TO GET THERE. COMMUNICATED WITH RACHEAL BY EMAIL ONLY. SHE DOES REPLY IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Great for a family!

This house was perfect for our family. We met in The Cities from several different states for a graduation. Centrally located in a safe neighborhood. Comfortable beds, fun games, nice TV, and comfortable livibg room area. We will rent again in the future.Hosts are prompt to reply and very kind people!

recommended for a group

We were there as a family for the graduation of a family member, and it worked out really well for us. This is a very nice property, well cared for, with plenty of sleeping space. It's conveniently located right between the two downtowns of Mpls. and St. Paul, a 15-18 minute walk to the light rail, and with a bus stop even closer. Rachael was very responsive when we needed anything.

Fun 3 family getaway

Our families thoroughly enjoyed a nice weekend in St. Paul. The home was exactly as advertised. Lots of room for us all, clean and well equipped. We would stay again next time in the area. Hosts were responsive and provided excellent instructions for everything we needed.

Minnesota Getaway

We enjoyed the spacious home. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue was with the stove. We had difficulty operating it and was unable to control the burners. Overall, we loved the convenience to Mall of America, Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul.

St Paul Trip

A group of us stayed here for a golf trip and the house was exactly how the photos described. Plenty of room and very clean. The owner was very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend and rent here again.
