About this space
Idyllic, private wine country getaway with 4 acres of Merlot vineyards in the heart of Alexander Valley. Minutes to downtown Healdsburg & Geyserville. Serene fenced-in backyard with hot tub, Bocce court, organic veggie garden, fire pit, ping pong, and fruit trees. The home has one en-suite queen bedroom, plus a 2nd queen bedroom with door to the covered deck and adjoining full bathroom. Upstairs loft/workspace/home theater has fold-out couch plus trundle adding two additional twin beds.
The space
This is a darling wine-country home with modern amenities in a spectacular setting. The house is ideal for 1 or 2 couples, and the upstairs loft is perfect for working remotely or a great space for the kids. The backyard and garden is completely private, and a true oasis within the sweeping vineyard landscape of Alexander Valley.

Access to the entire home and the beautifully landscaped backyard. The entire backyard - including hot tub - are %100 private to our guests. i.e. it’s all yours and only yours during your stay.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return Gas Key and Lighter to basket under entry mirror.
Return the hot tub temperature setting back to 98. Close & buckle hot tub cover. When cool, cover grill and fire pit. Return bocce balls for their storage box.
Lastly…we would love for you to sign our guest book (under the round entry mirror)...but we completely understand if you’re tight on time:)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful time in the home. It is surrounded by vineyards and the outside yard is equipped with everything that is needed. Jonathan even allowed us to pick the vegetables,fruit and herbs if we so desired. Home was very clean. Location is perfect.

Perfection in Healdsburg

My husband, sister and I stayed at Jonathan's house and couldn't have asked for a better space or location! It's just 8 minutes from downtown Healdsburg and really close to some excellent wineries. The setting is beautiful and the house is surrounded by vineyards. We love bocce ball, so we really enjoyed having that right in the backyard. Jonathan was very responsive and proactive. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect property in an ideal location

House was as advertised, and more. My wife and I were traveling with another couple and the house had all of the comforts and features you’d want for a relaxing wine country getaway. Kitchen was well equipped, dining area and lounge area were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing in the hot tub, having coffee on the porch, or enjoying a fire-pit on a cool evening. Bonus was the bocce ball court. Can’t say enough good things about the location as well. Just minutes away from downtown Healdsburg and Geyserville. Easy launching point to all of the valleys, including Napa (Calistoga).
