No issues noted with the whole vrbo process. Apartment was perfect and portable a/c was appreciated in both bedrooms. Everything was clean and beautiful. I would stay here again.

Beautiful place. Short walk to the beach and Carlsbad village. The a/c in the bedrooms was helpful but noisy. The window on the master bedroom which is accessible from the walkway did not lock so anyone could open and crawl through. A simple fix that was overlooked. Walking barefoot in the unit produced dirty feet, Minor issues that did not detract from our enjoyment. We would book again.

This was a beautiful property, inside and out! It was very clean and ready for check in. There are multiple sets of outdoor patio furniture to enjoy at any time, day or night. It is in a convenient location, making it so easy to walk around and explore beautiful Carlsbad! Not to mention, it’s only a quick 1 block walk to the beach! We have the best family vacation!! We are looking forward to planning another one very soon, staying in the same beautiful spot! I highly recommend booking your next vacation here!!

The rental was truly perfection. It was clean, looked brand new inside. We loved that there is beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and even a wagon to pull it to the beach. Beach is a 3 minute walk. Location is ideal. Loved having chairs on the front balcony. Only complaint is we didn’t have a physical address or any checkin details, such as parking and what is included at the home prior to us arriving ( we did get a code messaged to us to open the door of the unit but that was it). I had to message the host upon arriving and wait to get those details. It would have been nice to know prior to check in time.

Very simple just was thinking there was ac we walked in to the house and broke out in to a sweat asap had all windows open atleast 95/100 degrees in side turned units in room on and made it better but wasn’t comfortable in the living room very hot

The location was excellent, only two blocks from the beach. We just felt the unit could have had more included, like keeping condiments in the fridge or other kitchen items. We bought and left a lot. Also, we weren’t prepared for the portable a/c units….its was very hot when we got there.
