Property was incredible. Cobia was amazing had some minor issues and when contacted they got back with us immediately and took care of everything. They were amazing.

We had a great trip and 7 day stay at Bourbon Beach. The house was perfect for our family of 15 . There was plenty of room and amenities to accommodate all of us. We loved having plenty of bedrooms, multiple living rooms, the amazing backyard and pool, close proximity to the gated beach access. After looking at many, many rentals it appeared this one checked most of the boxes we wanted and we were very happy with our choice and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Bourbon Beach House Will Blow You Away!

The house is even nicer and bigger than the pictures show! It was pristine and all around wonderful!! The pool is glorious and all of the extras were welcomed and appreciated!! Can’t wait to stay here again!

The house is huge and beautiful. We had 7 adults and 6 teenagers and had plenty of space for more. Furniture and beds are all comfortable the air conditioning kept the house nice and cold. That being said there was not one extra blanket in the entire house. Each bed has a sheet and very thin top blanket.The house is equipped with some very basic kitchen items, many of which have seen better days. There are no plastic cups or plates for small children or outdoor dining.There are two full size ice makers a great amenity!The house is a short walk to the beach access, so the location is great! The downside is you need a key fob to get thru the gate, and there is only 2 of them. A house that sleeps 20, you need more than 2 of them. And more than 12 beach towels; not even 1 per person. We did have issues at check in. The cleaning people were still at the house when we arrived at the designated 4:00. They were there until 4:30. After walking in the house for less than an hour the bottoms of my feet were black. The managers or owners were there as well telling us that the garbage disposal was broken and a maintenance person would be there Monday to fix it. No one showed to fix it. Because of this we did not even reach when we found out that the king bedroom on the on the main floor has absolutely no hot water.My group had a great time and overall loved the house, pool, and beach. With a few minor maintenance items, and details this would be an unbeatable rental.

Excellent and Grand

Before we entered through the front door we were already impressed by how meticulously the landscape was maintained. The house was grand from the outside while the inside what nothing short of elegant with magnificent views. This was our first time to stay in Miramar and we absolutely fell in love with the neighborhood. It was perfectly situated closed to the beach, the resort pool was massive and the back yard was huge! Our girls enjoyed playing sand volleyball while also riding the furnished bicycles around the neighborhood and down to the beach access which is maybe a half a block away. We will definitely be returning to this home as it was perfect for our daughter’s birthday will all of her friends. Super clean and management was very responsive and accommodating. A++

Perfect home for a wonderful time!

Our family loved our stay at Bourbon Beach! The home is perfectly situated for entertaining! We had a large group of family and friends, including small children, teens, and adults, and EVERYONE had a great time! Tons of space for everyone to not feel overcrowded. The pool is GIGANTIC and will rival most resort pools. There is a pool table and ping pong table which everyone enjoyed. There are living areas on each level with kitchens and ice makers, as well. A beautiful outside kitchen and dining area made it easy to grill, cook and cleanup. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of bowls, pans, trays and utensils if you enjoy cooking. The appliances were awesome, as was having two dishwashers and a washer and dryer on every floor. The only thing I would have liked having on hand was some cleaning products to tidy up each day. Other than that, it was perfect in every way!! We definitely plan on coming back!!!
