The owner is a bilingual US expat who has resided in the city for nine years and is on call 24 hours a day to make your stay very special. The apartment is located in the award winning condominium community Puerta Alameda. The complex has door men and security 24/7.

PRIME LOCATION:
The condo is within walking distance, visitors will find the Paseo de la Reforma, Parque Alameda and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Zocalo, the Ciudadela Crafts Market, and several major museums and attractions.There are three subway lines which are about a stone’s throw away. The complex is only a 15 minute taxi ride to the Castillo de Chapultepec, the NATIONAL MUSEUM OF ANTHROPOLOGY and few other museums in Parque Chapultepec.

PERSONALIZAED SERVICE
Our personalized service starts the moment that you arrive with airport pickup offer for a reasonable fee. Once you checked in at the condo, you will be offered our guest a tour of the condo complex facilities along with pointing out restaurants and grocery stores, pharmacies and such. Flexible check-in/checkout hours are offered whenever possible. A private car service with our highly recommend bilingual driver is available upon request at very reasonable rates.

COMFORT / AMENITIES:
The unit is furnished with pillowtop mattresses, high thread-count sheets, quality towels, drinking water, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, 2 televisions and air conditioning in each bedroom. The unit also has a full-size washer and full-size dryer. High-speed WiFi is provided in the apartment. The apartment has a 30-foot long balcony with 180-degree views of sites east, south and west of the city.

CLIMATE CONTROL – The apartment has Low-E floor to ceiling windows which work to keep the apartment cool during the day. There is an air conditioner unit in booth bedrooms which keeps the apartment cool on the hottest day. The weather in Mexico is generally mild. However, during the rainy season (May-August), the city can become humid (muggy). Because of the relatively mild climate and the high cost of electricity, it is extremely rare to find a vacation rental unit with climate control.

It was a good location. Lots of restaurants, and many sites to see. We enjoyed the terrace. The view was awesome. We also liked the accommodations. I typically like to rent an apt when i go away because I like to cook and get local flavors from the various markets. However it would have been great if we had salt and pepper and maybe some olive oil. In other apts I’ve stayed in it included that and made the stay even better.

Weekend in the city

The team at this property were great. Communication was on point from the very beginning and even offered airport pick up. Great area to stay, close to great restaurant, Alameda Park and Bella’s Artes. Will stay again here.

Very secure location. Bruce was very accommodating when we had an issue with the washing machine flooding the floor. He was at our door in minutes after texting him the problem. Loved the nighttime view from the balcony!

Perfect spot to explore the downtown

Stayed with Bruce recently with my wife and my elderly mother. He was super great help picking us up on separate days at the airport and assisting in any way we wanted. Highly recommend you give him a call when you are looking for a safe clean apartment close to EVERYTHING... Would have stayed longer but he was booked the following week and we moved to the south side to be closer to friends. Mexico City has been one of the best vacations in my life... so much to see and do...so much still left over to see and do... maybe next time.

FANTASTC stay as always!

We had a wonderful time on this trip. As always Bruce was there to make it even more enjoyable. The appartment is a great place to stay and so central to everything. The balcony is to die for. We spend a lot of time out there sipping wine and admiring the view. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is a relief when the weather gets really hot. There is great ice cream just across the street call Garaffa! Try it out! We will be back soon for sure. Thanks Briuce!

Not the place for me! Could not sleep well

First the positive: 1. Perfect location 2. Safe 3. Great views 4. Alfredo and his team, will do everything in their power to help. Negatives: The AC is inadequate, and as a result, we were sweltering for three days, and unable to sleep well. The bathroom fittings were old and tatty.

You were provided with a portable AC which we mentioned to you that you could run it day and night to cool down the apartment. I regret that you did not contact me via VRBO/Homeaway during your stay to let me know that you were uncomfortable- in spite of our efforts to try to resolve the problem. . I believe that you informed my staff member Alfredo only hours prior to you check out about the problems you experienced. Good communication between the property manager and the guest can often avoid there kind of problems At this time, we are a doing a thorough maintenance review of the unit including making sure that the air conditioner is regularly serviced to avoid a repeat of your experience. Again I offer my sincere apology regarding the AC issue and I really wish I had heard from you earlier in your stay to have the opportunity to do all I could to make your stay pleasant. .

Great for exploring the city

This is a professionally managed property. We were texted a few days before our booking letting us know what to expect during check-in. The process was streamlined and convenient. We were given options for free cleaning throughout our stay, and our garbage was taken away daily. Despite this consistent service, privacy was never an issue and we always had plenty of notice. The apartment itself is accurately described: the kitchen is well-equipped but the small overall space and basic furnishing make it best suited for visitors who expect to spend most of their time out exploring the city. The central location makes many areas accessible, but can be a little loud late into the evening on weekends and holidays, even all the way up on the 12th floor. The views from the balcony and bedroom windows are quite beautiful.

Great apartment! Bring earplugs.

2 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our 2 week stay with a 7 year old. Beds are comfortable, location is great (1 block from Juarez metro stop). Apartment is clean and well stocked. View is amazing, and there's a little patio to sit and enjoy it from. Showers are hot and strong, though we found that we couldn't run them both at the same time. Internet access worked unfailingly. Maps and guidebooks were available. The area is noisy at night, and somehow the sound seems amplified on the 12th floor. Earplugs are a necessity even if you aren't a light sleeper. Bruce (the owner) was gone for the beginning of our stay, and we didn't get all the instructions we needed to operate the TV, dishwasher, etc (they are NOT obvious), or where to find the pool and garbage. The apartment wasn't stocked with toilet paper when we arrived either (there is a 7-11 on the corner for such emergencies), but I expect that that was unusual, and just a result of Bruce's absence. We were met at the airport by the friendly Ricardo who made traveling to the apartment a delight. We used him again for a short day trip and found him full of information and helpful suggestions. Not sure how soon we'll be back in Mexico City, but we would stay there again in a heartbeat, and will recommend it to anyone we know who is planning a trip.

I appreciate your comments and as such will definitely leave better instructions / check list with my assistant regarding orienting the guests at the time of check-in when I am out of town. I have personally greeted the guest at the airport about 95% of the time. I am always looking for way to improve the comfort and the service provides my guests. The apartment is downtown in the center of the city and the area is really happening in August which would probably account for the nights being a little more buzzing than normal.

Overall excellent - especially Bruce and his staff! Location and access to the Alameda was very convenient - only problem we had was with the hotel across the street - two nights of roof top parties - very loud and lasted till we’ll past 2am. Aside from that - would recommend!

Great spot for a Mexico City visit

Service was great, location was ideal, modern apartment with terrace and great window exposure. Apartment was very clean and well furnished, but the real top off was the location. Numerous restaurants on the entrance street and two to three blocks from a magnificent park and the beautiful Palacio de los Artes. On that same avenue are several get on get off tour buses and we followed our usual pattern, the first day we stayed on for all the stops and the second day got on and off at places we wanted. Costs are really low in Mexico and if visiting Mexico City this is the place to stay.

Fantastic service, secure, great location. Don't pass this place up. Teatro Bellass Artistas ballet is walking distance away. Ballet was awesome.

Great Location.

The staff was super helpful, and attentive. They corrected any issues promptly. They were VERY friendly and understanding. The help us with directions to any thing we asked, if not they found out and got us an answer very quickly. The property was well maintained, and very clean. We will definatly stay there when we go back to Mexico City.
