Fourth/top floor at Coquina Club. 410 is in the middle with an elevator on either side. Spectacular Bay view and a nice Gulf view from the west Lanai. Just across the Blvd is the entrance to white sandy Gulf beaches and exactly 1 mile from Venetian Village for shopping & restaurants. Open floor plan allows you to watch dolphins, manatees, birds and boats from the kitchen/living/dining rooms. Master bedroom has King bed (2020) and Guest suite has Queen bed (2021). Full sleeper/sofa in TV room. Strict overnight Guest rules apply. Tenants must be pre-approved by association, $150 non refundable fee. Approval process may take up to 4 weeks.

Florida gem

Wonderful location with great view. Just a few steps to beach. Stayed 90 days but time passed too quickly. Wonderful and friendly neighbors. MJ was easy to work with.

Best Vacation! Absolutely loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay. We made sure to set our alarm to be awake in time to watch the sunrise from the living room and did not miss a sunset on the beach. We rented kayaks and paddled a short distance where we sat and watched dolphins play around us. The unit is spacious and well maintained and the King Size bed has a new super comfortable mattress.Sitting around the pool, we enjoyed talking with the many friendly residents.
