-There is a private fenced in studio on the back corner of the property used occasionally. This studio has no access to the Beach Palm property as it is behind the same beach type fencing as neighboring properties.
-There is a removable baby gate to prevent access to hallway and spiral staircase.
-There are beach towels, beach chairs, and one beach umbrella available for use at this property.

Beautiful place for a relaxed getaway while our home was tented. Our group of six enjoyed the open and sunny common area downstairs, the hot tub, and outdoor shower. We had the best family trip to Ventura! You cannot beat the location of this amazing house. The home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was lovely to be able to leave both doors open and enjoy the breeze on the whole first floor. Our dog was happy and comfortable there too. We absolutely plan to return!

The place is lovely. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit and walking along the beach daily.Little things we had issues with were minor but worth noting, including the window coverings in the upstairs master are not great at blocking the morning light or the flood lights coming from the elementary school directly across the street.The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. And the internet service was off and on the whole visit so we really couldn't enjoy that perk. Our host and management co. were both easy to correspond with. Perfect place for a small family or friends.
