Marlin Key 4G - The Beach is Where You Need to Be.

This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Relax and unwind in this spacious 1500sq ft. condo. Take in the views from your very large east corner balcony. Everything you need is just a short drive away. Shopping restaurants live entertainment boat rentals and beautiful golf courses are all in abundance. A few miles east of the Alabama/Florida line and the world famous Florida Bama. The floor plan encompasses a very spacious upscale fully equipped kitchen which opens up to a very large dining and living room. The living room has a large 50-inch mounted flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure!

There are 3 spacious bedrooms and flat screen TVs with DVD players in every room. Have fun with the family with the games that are provided in the condo. The outdoor tropical pool is beach side and is family fun ready with access to a BBQ grill picnic area and your very own short boardwalk to the beautiful beach and emerald colored waters of the gulf of Mexico.

Monthly stays are permitted from Oct.1 to March 1. Covered parking is also available. 2 car maximum. Marlin Key 4G is your perfect family getaway!

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Our favorite spot at the beach!!

This was a great girls’ trip for a group of teachers who celebrated another wonderful school year!! The unit is so roomy, well furnished, and you can’t beat the beach access. We will be back next year!!

Amazing stay

This was a great condo. We will definitely repeat. Only issue I have is being charged a full day when we cant check in intil 5. That policy needs ro change or the opening day rate needs to be prorated. Other than that the condo was fantastic.

Definitely booking this condo for future visits! Perfect for 2 couples and 4 kids, could have more because of fold out couch(we didn’t use) The condo was comfortable and noticeably quiet at night. Beds were very comfortable. We really didn’t have any issues other than wishing we’d booked it for a few days longer. Parking and elevator was convenient and quick with no issues. There was a grounds keeper working who did a wonderful job keeping the elevator/parking garage and beach entrance very clean and inviting! The beach wasn’t busy and was pretty clean. Perfect for a family vacation with littles.

Marlin Key, unit 4G

The condo was clean, well maintained and very spacious for 5 adults and 2 kids. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were very nice. Sitting on the balcony, overlooking the beach and was nice and relaxing. The pool is as very nice for the kids, ages 4 & 6. Pleaded with the location, over the bridge where it was less crowded and quiet. Highly recommend this property.

Totally Great!

This property was better that any description could say. We rent homes and condos 5/6 a year and this one did not disappoint. It was spacious and clean. Wonderful ocean view! Right on the beach. Covered parking and the owners were very responsive. We will be back!

Family vacation

Beautiful views, great location

We loved everything about this place. The pictures can’t capture the beauty and space. With a fully stocked kitchen, three bathrooms and a view of the ocean that will make your heart melt, once you arrive at this beautiful condo you’ll never need to leave. We enjoyed the quick beach access and the kids enjoyed the pool. Our stay was peaceful and quiet and one we will treasure for years.
