Outside, enjoy the sway of the trees and the warmth of the private hot tub, perfect for morning soaks and evening stargazing sessions.

The fairytale continues inside, where you can enjoy lovely forest views from the great room's wall of windows. Warm your toes in front of one of the home's stone-lined fireplaces and take in the gorgeous wood accents throughout. Opening up into the full kitchen, the chef of your family will be pleased to discover stainless steel appliances and a roomy center island. A second large kitchenette and bar space are available on the terrace level, expanding the opportunities for culinary ventures.

Your haven of peace, the primary en suite evokes the coziest ambience with a large TV, private deck access, and charming wilderness-themed mementos.

Back outside, enjoy marvelous sunrise and sunset views from the wrap-around deck, or enjoy the neighborhood's on-site amenities, including various hiking trails, community lakes, and tennis courts. Outside Walnut Mountain, explore Gilmer County Park, The Sasquatch Museum, Fall Branch Falls, and Cohutta Cove Mini Golf & Gem Mining.

Cable TV is only available in the bedrooms. The living room has a smart TV.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
