30A All Day, is a 4th floor Gulf Place condo with amazing views of the Emerald Coast. This coastal designed condo features two bedrooms, both with king-size beds and a twin bunk nook. The kitchen comes with everything you need to relax and enjoy your home away from home. You can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while you watch the sun dip into the sea on the full size balcony just off the kitchen and beautifully decorated and comfortable living room. This condo will is perfect for your family getaway.

The only thing we had an issue with was the WIFI, it kept shutting down. but that was OK, we used a hotspot to get what was needed done. Cleaning staff was extremely nice, place was very quiet. Will definitely book again. Nice view of the Gulf of America.

Our family with young children had a great stay. The location was great-close to shops and restaurants and very short walk to the beach. The property was as described- except the view was even better than we expected! One downside-The water pressure in the showers was weak but otherwise we didn’t have any issues. Would love to stay here again!

This property is decorated well and up to date. It's very comfortable and we love the location. The only suggestion would be to add a mirror or two.

Great vacation

We have stayed at Gulf Place many times in the one bedroom units, this year we had our pre-teen and teen granddaughters with us and we rented a larger 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. We loved it and also liked that all the pools were heated when we were down there for spring break. Nothing beats gulf place

Easter Break

Quick trip to the beach with two teenage girls. Love, love, love this condo. Great location, great decor, great sleeping arrangements, and great staff to work with. Condo was clean and well equipped. Condo is a short walk to the beach, but access is easy. We have stayed at several Gulf Place condo/town houses and this is by far my favorite.

Location is everything

We have stayed at this property multiple times, and will definitely be back. The unit is clean, and fully stocked. It had everything we needed for our family. We have a young child, and the proximity of this condo to the beach, resturants, shops etc...cannot be matched.

Mixed results

The actual condo was very nice and clean with great location to the beach and pools as well as shops. The issues were with management who gave us a door code that didn’t work and were poorly responsive to other basic needs. The complex is undergoing a major construction project which detracts from the experience and should have been mentioned. Also the walkway to the beach is next to a house being built and we found multiple discarded nails and other sharp objects which is just waiting for a lawsuit when some barefoot visitor steps on them. We have been to gulf place many times and even to other condos in this complex with great vacations but this experience has us rethinking coming back. Not sure if it’s the management company’s fault but sure didn’t help.
