Upon entering the home through the Spanish-style courtyard, you are met with a STUNNING view of the home, the expansive backyard, and its mountainous surroundings. The 4,300+ sq ft of living space with a split floor plan sitting on an acre lot has been beautifully remodeled with high-end living experience in mind. You won’t ever want to leave!

SPLIT FLOOR PLAN: Downstairs you will find 3 Queen bedrooms, one which utilizes a full hallway bathroom, and the others that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. On the opposite side of the home you will find the large Primary Suite with a King size bed, electric fireplace, and attached bathroom with large walk-in closet, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower with his and hers shower heads AND rain shower.
Upstairs you will find a "mother-in-law suite." This portion of the home is equipped with 2 Queen beds, a full bathroom, kitchenette with mini-fridge and sink, along with seating area and TV. Not to mention, your balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool!

GOURMET KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked for your next home-cooked meal and outfitted with Viking and Thermador high-end appliances. Not to mention the Miele Built-In Coffee Maker and complimentary coffee and tea for your mornings.

INDOOR/OUTDOOR LIVING: The sliding pocket doors allow you to open the home and create a luxurious resort feel with an indoor/outdoor living experience. Cooking in the kitchen, while others lounge in the living room, and chatting with those laying by the pool. This home has it all for an amazing opportunity to relax and connect with your guests.

Parking-
With a large driveway in front and an additional driveway to the right of the home, there is room to park up to 6 cars at this home, or even an RV! The driveway should be utilized as a one-way pull-through.

Keyless Entry-
Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad at the front door providing access to the home throughout the duration of your stay.

Most attractions and destinations are just a quick drive from this home! We recommend a vehicle as the best method of transportation, whether that be your own, a car rental, Uber or Lyft, or even public transportation with the bus stop just up the main road from the home.

-This home is in a GREAT location close to it all! If you have specific questions about the location of the home or nearby attractions, send us a message and we will be happy to provide the information you need to be sure this is the right location for you.

-Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $200/day.

-There is a vacant tiny home in the backyard that will not be accessible to guests or in use during your stay. This door will stay locked, but not to worry about privacy! You will have the property to yourself throughout the duration of your reservation.

-Video surveillance cameras monitor the front exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy or other policies noted in our listing. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in the home or backyard, or these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in a fee.

-We do ask that guests take care of the home as if it were their own. It is our goal to provide each guest with a great space to unwind and relax during their time here!

Dear Guest,

These rules are in place to ensure you have a great stay while also adhering to the owner's rules and avoid disturbing our fellow neighbors. Please take the time to read these rules and share these with your guests.

*GENERAL*
+We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. Failure to check-out at the time provided will result in a $50 fee per half hour past check-out time.
+ No parties, events, drug use, smoking of any kind in the property.
+ If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a $300 fine for odor removal.
+ No unregistered or extra guests are allowed at the residence. The maximum property capacity is 12 people.
+ No pets are allowed at the home under any circumstances. Unauthorized pets at the residence during your stay will result in a $250 fee.
+ Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding $50 must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
+Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

*HOT TUB*
+ Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests at any given time.
+ Time of Use: Hot Tub use is permitted between the hours of 6am and 10pm.
+ Cover After Use: Guests should replace Hot Tub cover carefully after each use. This helps maintain water temperature, prevent debris and food from entering the tub, and acts as a safety measure to prevent unsupervised use. Failure to place cover back on Hot Tub prior to departure will result in $100 fee for excess cleaning required.
+ Temperature Control: The hot tub temperature should never exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit, as recommended by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
+ No alcohol or glassware use is permitted in or during use of Hot Tub.
+ Proper Attire: Guests should be advised to wear suitable swimwear that doesn’t compromise the water quality. Regular clothing or underwear can introduce detergents or contaminants to the water.
+ No Electrical Appliances: Any electrical devices, including phones, speakers, or laptops, should be kept at a safe distance from the pool or hot tub to avoid the risk of electric shock.
+ Objects/Chemicals: Guests may not add any objects or chemicals to the hot tub. Guests understand that a minimum fee of $300 or more will be charged if the hot tub is used improperly or becomes compromised by guest use resulting in excess cleaning services and delay of use by other guests.
+ Regular Service: Hot Tub is serviced weekly. Guests agree to pay additional charge of $150 if additional service is requested during stay.
+ Use At Your Own Risk: Guests understand that Hot Tub Usage is at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any injury related to use of Hot Tub.
+ Age Use Restriction: Children under the age of 16 are forbidden to use Hot Tub without adult supervision present.

*POOL*
+ No Lifeguard on Duty: The pool is for recreational use only. Guests swim at their own risk.
