This third floor oceanfront Kiawah Island vacation rental, located in the Windswept community, boasts 3 bedrooms and amazing ocean views from every room.

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, DVD and Blu-ray players, and access to the oceanfront deck shared with the dining room as well as the oceanfront balcony shared with the second king bedroom. The kitchen showcases granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and opens to the dining room. The dining room features a dining table for six and two bar stools at the kitchen bar and has access to an oceanfront deck with dining table.

The primary suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV, access to the side balcony shared with the twin bedroom, and a bathroom with double sink vanities and shower. The second king bedroom, accessible from the hallway and living room, offers a flat-screen TV, access to the oceanfront balcony shared with the living room, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. The twin bedroom features a flat-screen TV, access to the side balcony shared with the primary suite, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.

The living room and all bedrooms have access to one of the villa's three decks.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The front exterior entrance of this villa building has a short flight of stairs, with an ADA-compliant ramp up to the first floor, with access to an elevator or use of adjacent stairs.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
