Tropical Home with Pool, A/C and 3 blocks to beach, Gated Security

Welcome.

Beautiful private air conditioned house in a gated community with 24 hour security. Private pool in the backyard with an outside bathroom for bathers convenience. This single family home has 3 bedrooms (Master: Queen, #2 Bedroom: Double, and #3 Bedroom: single bed with a single bed underneath.

From the front door, walk into a beautiful soft colored Living Room. Off to the right is a hallway leading to the three Bedrooms and two full Bathrooms. Off to the left is the living room and also a breakfast nook which adjoins a very nice Full Kitchen. There is a dining room adjoining the breakfast nook and living room. There is a game room adjoining the dining room. There are French doors leading from the living room out onto the gazebo lanai and the private swimming pool.

Travelers have been provided with the cooking comforts of home, but please note this is not a Bed And Breakfast. Travelers are provided with the cooking utensils to prepare their own meals in the comfort of this home. The Kitchen has a Refrigerator, Microwave, and Oven. I provide you with both breakfast and dinner service for eight, silverware, glasses, pots and pans, linens, and towels. I also provide beach chairs and a cooler to take and enjoy the beach.

I provide cable service for the TV's and internet in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Each with individual controllers. There is also a nice stereo system in the Master Bedroom as well as an old fashion radio in the game room.

Beyond the breakfast nook is a Utility room with a Washer and Dryer for your use. Next you will walk into a spacious Dining Room with seating for eight people.

The house many windows which allows for natural lighting for the entire house. There are decorative white painted ornate grills covering all the windows but each inside window can be opened for fresh breezes if that is your pleasure.

Enjoy this vacation home just two blocks from the beach with a private pool in the backyard. Gorgeous furnishings.

I also have provided a gas grill on the back patio and provided a ceiling fan for your cooling on the back patio. Central Air Conditioning allows you to keep the house to a comfortable temperatures.

Please remember to close all windows and keep doors closed with using the air conditioning.

Additionally provided in the Master Bedroom is an room cooling Inverter air conditioner. Just bring your suitcases and lotion.

2 beach chairs provided. Tropical plants in front and back yard. Two parking spaces. Gated community with mobile security. Club house/center. Biking and running available. Protected swimming area.

Ten minutes from a protected beach, snorkeling, shore scuba diving, 10 minutes from fine gourmet and local restaurants, shopping centers as well as five minutes drive to multi screen cinema/movie theater.

30 minute drive to downtown San Juan.

Fast food is 5 minutes away -- McDonalds, Applebees, Sizzler, Pizza Hut, Burger, King, Taco Bell, Ben & Jerrys, etc.

I know you are away from your home but we have tried to provide everything you with the comforts of home while visiting with us. What you experience will be lifetime memories, and we want your experiences to excite you to want to return again and again to our unit. Located at Q-12 Calle Palmas in the beautiful neighborhood of Dorado, Puerto Rico, I are only 10 minutes from the Dorado Beach Hotel East and West and Ritz Carlton Reserve Hotel.

The airport and San Juan are only thirty minutes drive, all freeway. A short distance from the sand and minutes from restaurants and shopping. Neighbor to some of the Caribbean's best golf courses.

Take a swim in my private pool or walk in the tropical area to the close beach and enjoy the warmth of the Caribbean. So close you can swim both in the morning and in the evening, if you are so inclined. Paradise is yours for the enjoyment!!!

Puerto Rico is a destination that maintains the charm and hospitality of former days of Spanish conquests, historic forts and a location of major European countries battling for dominance of this essential island. You will find everything that the Caribbean has to offer in this all around family destination.

What is the best you ask someone in Puerto Rico and you will get as many different answers as people you inquire. Each person comes to Puerto Rico and sees different and wonderful aspects. Sights, sounds, and experiences will forever be embedded in the memories of those who visit the Island Paradise.

There are no passports or visas required for United States citizens, which means that US Citizens can travel freely in and out of the island territory of Puerto Rico without going throughout immigration or customs.

The air conditioning is preset to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. If any medical or other reason exists, please notify the owner as soon as possible prior to arriving. I can make arrangements with my vacation rental guests to provide a different temperature. There will be an additional electric deposit required to offset additional electricity used over the provided 74 degree Fahrenheit. I regret this, but Puerto Rico has begun charging higher fees. I will cover up to the the 74 degrees. Thank you for your understanding.
