There is Central AC in this condo as well as a full size washer and dryer for laundry!

This Luxury Penthouse Oceanview 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo features the highest quality furnishings for your comfort by International interior designer Philpott’s and Associates.

The beds proudly claim a ‘Heavenly Beds’ logo assuring you the best possible sleep. The Master Bedroom Suite has a king bed, a writing desk, full size dresser and a Master Bath with it’s own tub for luxurious baths and a separate shower. The second master bedroom is one of only a few to have two extra long full size beds and a master bath of its own, with a soaking tub and a third bathroom with a shower. There is a queen size sofa sleeper to easily accommodate up to 6 - 8 people.

We have stayed at the Waipouli resort many times as we love the location, the resort and the amenities of the resort. However, this may have been our favorite condo in the resort so far as we enjoyed the two separate beds for the children, the views of the resort and pool and the easy access to the pool and parking. And if needed, management company responds very quickly to any questions.

Fantastic Kauai Rental!

My family stayed here mid December, condo was very clean and check in process was easy. My kids absolutely loved the pool! We enjoyed the central location, close to many restaurants, food trucks, with a Safeway across the street. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Kapaa.
