I have never been to Cape Cod before and became hesitant because of all the activities I was attending while in Massachusetts were literally in Martha's Vineyard. However, staying in Cape Cod and catching the ferry along with the public transportation made this a perfect trip for me and some friends. The location was amazing and it really was near everything. The home was extremely cozy and neat and although our flight was delayed for hours getting in town, Stephen was very polite when I told him that we were not going to check in until 2am. The city is welcoming and the restaurants were top tier. You must try Moonakis Cafe for breakfast! Theee best waffle everrrrr We literally didn't even want to go back over to the Vineyard one day and stayed in Cape Cod and enjoyed the beach. I highly recommend this home if you have never been to Cape Cod or just want to go back and forth to Martha's Vineyard. It really is the best kept secret...10 out of 10

Excellent vacation place

The house is cute, very clean and nicely decorated. It looks just as in the photos that are listed online. The communication with the host was easy. We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod!

This place was very cute. just right for my husband and myself. The host was very quick with responses and even gave us ideas on where we could go to dine...Our only hangup was the busy street and the sometimes difficulty we had getting out of the driveway...everything else was in close range like its stated...The shuttle tovthe ferry was very convenient during our stay, which made the trip even more convenient...

Nice, clean and cozy place. Host was responsive — we didn’t receive the entry code right away and we texted through the app and he *immediately* sent it to us! The furniture and accommodations were in good working order, and the property had most items a renter would need. Check-out was simple. Just one word of caution — do not follow Waze to the address of this property; it repeatedly sent us to a different property 8min away!
