Peaceful. Comfortable. Great outdoors spaces everywhere. Unique to have a horse and donkey to hang with. Everything you need and more in the kitchen. The entire property is unique and relaxing.Host communicates so well.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was cute and cozy, making it feel comfortable and inviting right away. The sunroom was a highlight—beautiful views overlooking the river and the perfect spot to relax. The dock was an added bonus, and I caught plenty of fish during our stay! Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for us! Awesome bike trails, great dock for fishing, perfect distance from Richmond and Colonial Williamsburg. Very clean, terrific shower and very comfortable bed. We needed to recharge and this did it for us!

Beautiful River Retreat

We spent a relaxing lovely long weekend next to the James River. It was beautiful and the bonus of the horses & donkey next door was amazing!

Relaxing getaway

Our family enjoyed staying here with a lovely view of the James River and an easy drive to Downtown Richmond, Colonial Williamsburg, and other spots. Plenty of space to spread out and plenty of spots to spend time together, it was just what we had in mind. Would recommend!

Great place and perfect location

If you are trying to enjoy the James River, this is a perfect spot. The house is clean and has plenty of amenities. It is very conveniently located right on the river! Hosts were very communicative and check-in was easy. Will definitely stay again

Home away from home

Our stay was extremely relaxing. Enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the Osbry fish and the Eagles try to steal their catch. Looking forward to our next visit
