This property can be rented weekly, monthly, or multi month Primary Suite has a spacious sitting area/office, downstairs office off dining and 3 full baths. Beautifully updated kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances. Separate sitting area/office space. Private view of the golf course at Sawgrass Country Club right off your back patio. Walk or bike to the private beach access for all residents of Sawgrass Country Club. Storage unit in covered front porch, new water heater, new water softener, new interior paint all 2021. .Renters have access to Tifton and community pools, and beach access via walking / bike. Large patio over looks the Sawgrass CC golf course and has expansive views of those morning sunrises! Work space and cozy TV/ Florida room. Tifton Cove has a community pool available for use. Ample parking for renters and guests. Close proximity to Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach dining, nightlife, Historic St Augustine (30 min drive down scenic A1A), Jacksonville International Airport (45 minutes). Great Location

Very comfortable townhouse in TPC. Located directly on hole 3 of Pete Dye course. We enjoyed our stay and the location was extremely convenient to everything.
