First time in Duluth, picked a great place to stay! Our unit had everything we could ask for, was ver clean, quiet and comfortable and easy parking. Great location for exploring the area. The bbq place next door was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, clean, modern with everything needed. Great area to walk to amazing food, and shopping options. So much better than hotel options. Large and well appointed. High end appliances . Highly recomended.

Overall, we really enjoyed the property! It was Super clean and in a fun location!! The only downside to our stay was noise from other vacationers. We were on the bottom floor and you can hear pretty much everything above you and the stairway . I typically book a top floor for this reason. Again, it was a great property in a great location.
