I sincerely apologize for the issue with the door code. The system generates the code automatically, and there could be a programming error, although this is a rare occurrence. I am deeply sorry that this happened to you and your family. Additionally, a work order has been placed for all the air vents and the ice maker. For future stays, there are ample ice trays in the cupboard. The etiquette rules regarding the beach chairs may not always be followed, and I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.
