Kitchen had everything we needed, but didn't see a cutting board. The floor boards were a little warped and holey. Friday and Saturday night was loud for to the vicinity to the people coming and going from the clubs nearby at the strip. Beds were a little firm, but otherwise great homey feeling and great value for the money. It's close to good bars, restaurants and the river walk.

Here are some pros and cons of the property:Pros:- Location is very convenient to The Pearl, zoo, DooSeum, etc. - bedrooms are very spacious - host responded very quickly- dedicated parking spot - house is decorated cute with some updatesCons:- floors are very old and squeaky. You feel like you are going to break the floorboards with each step. - the blinds are very cheap and thin, with no curtains, so lots of light comes in - not all of the windows appeared to lock- lots of dust and dirt on windows/fans/decor

Central location made it easy to get around. We liked being close to the many restaurants and historical sites in San Antonio. A lot of great places within walking distance. A lot of culinary and attractions within driving distance. House was amazing and our family enjoyed all amenities the house came with. I would recommend to family and friends. When we do visit again, this VRBO will be checked first.

Urban getaway

Location great to Fiesta Parade route and local business down the street. Great Mexican restaurant down the street for breakfast tacos too. Hot tub was nice after a long day walking all over San Antonio. Night Life is just walking distance away.
