Downtown Home Close to it All-With Bikes!
This cute 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex sleeps 4 in two queen sized beds. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and a washer and dryer.
The living room area features a large comfy couch, and smart tv with all streaming apps available.
The kitchen features all full sized appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. There is a coffee maker as well.
There is a dining space that offers more prep space as well.
Outside features a private patio with a sitting/dining space and a grill!
This space is designed to have everything you could need while visiting! To include a couple bicycles to explore. Come stay in the best neighborhood in Pensacola and feel the allure of East Hill!
Guests can access all areas of the unit, use of the driveway.
The incredible neighborhood of East Hill is great for walking and biking. This area features many parks, restaurants and a Publix (grocery store) is located only a few blocks away. The Bayview park is only a few blocks away. The park has playgrounds, tennis courts, and water equipment rentals. The 17th street public boat launch is just over a mile away. Great location 1 mile to downtown Pensacola. 10 minutes from the PNS airport. Plus most importantly its only 10 minutes to Pensacola Beach!

Price per night is for 4 guests.
No additional guests may stay at the property from the booking amount, we will ask to confirm. Additional guests is a violation and we will terminate your stay immediately and it will be non refundable.
Grill is not to be left unattended while using.
Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 6am
Two cars may be parked under the carport onsite. Street parking is available nearby.
Do not park blocking the stop sign or side/crosswalks.
Parking in the grass is at your own risk.
Please be respectful of the home and property we have opened up to you.
Any violations and we will terminate your stay immediately, and it will be non refundable. If you have any questions please message us prior to booking.

I love East Hill! This is the best little community in Pensacola, there is always something fun going in the area, and its so close to downtown.
What makes this property unique
This home is a 1920s shotgun style home, I recently bought it and am slowly renovating it hoping to accent all the amazing features of old homes, like the 14ft ceilings!
