Walkable gem! 950 sq ft one bedroom two bath, head to toe renovated beautiful and airy condo in the heart of La Jolla village. Five blocks from the beach with local access. You can walk to so many amazing restaurants nearby, there's a local favorite seafood restaurant right next door!
Two blocks from La Jolla comedy club and three blocks from Vons and CVS. You can just walk everywhere! Not to mention beautiful walk around La Jolla beach coastline and visit the famous seals! So much to do and see right in the area of the condo. You are in the center of it all.

New Kitchen; All brand new kitchen appliances with gas stove and dishwasher. Newly painted unit and all the furniture and bedding are all brand new.

Bedroom has blackout curtains, noise machine and fan for use.
