This well presented 2 BD / 2 BA condominium is right under the gondola with great ski-in ski-out access. There is seating for four at the dining room table. The well equipped kitchen has been nicely renovated to be more open with stainless steel appliances including a flat cook top stove, new cabinetry and a glass tile back splash. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a gas fireplace, and a ceiling fan. The primary bedroom has a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

The place was very clean everything worked in the kitchen.The beds were good and plenty of Towels. Just the right size for three of us. This was a very bad year for snow so the ski in and out was not available, the walk is not bad. The last day we were there we had snow the ski in out was good.

Amazing location

Property was just as advertised and in an amazing location. The only down-side was there was occasionally no place to park due to people parking without permits. The unit comes with a parking permit.

Location couldn’t be better

Family of five stayed for four nights. Comfortable space. Condo is a bit dated but can’t beat the location. Ski in/ski out and a short walk to base of mountain for dinner and/or drinks. Kitchen is well equipped but not best quality knives/pans.

Comfortable stay for family of 6 and great proximity to the slopes/gondola

The property was roomy for our large family (3 adults & 3 kids) with plenty of beds for all of us. The location was great with steps to the slopes (right from the parking lot). The kitchen had plenty of dishes and the dishwasher worked great. It was a bit small, but very functional. Ski locker was very convenient right at the entrance to the building.

December 2020 Stay

I am impressed with Mountain Resorts processes and management. Very efficient and staff is friendly. However, I paid dearly for ski in/ski out and it was only so-so. Ski out was easy, but ski in was treacherous as you had to negotiate a steep dropoff from the road above the condo. I made a really stupid mistake in not noticing that the unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator (my bad!). Fortunately the unit was quite comfortable - furniture and beds. But I was particularly unhappy with the TV facility - a 90’s comcast cable box, low def TV and of course, no streaming. We spent a lot of hours in the condo and just assumed there would be modern amenities.I would deal with Mountain Resorts again, but would never stay in this property again.

Location, location, location!!!

Family of 4 visiting for a late spring break trip up from Denver. This location is AMAZING. Ski in - ski out can't be beat and there are videos showing exactly where to go. So nice to be able to store gear on the main level in a locker. Perfect for what we needed. Were really only in the unit for breakfast, shower after changing after a day on the slopes before heading out for dinner and then sleeping. Enjoyed meeting other guests in the hot tub as well. Always prefer a hot tub maintained by a group of properties over a private one on a balcony because you know the chemicals will be in balance. Already looking at next years school calendar and planning our next trip!

Very nice Condo

A friend and I rented this two bedroom condo and were surprised how spacious it was for being a 2 bedroom. The rooms are nice and the amenities are perfect for the weekend we had planned of skiing and hanging out. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone with a group of up to 4 adults and could also have 2-3 kids with you. The people at Mountain Resorts were easy to work with and provided everything we needed.
