Stayed four nights for a golf trip. It was fun having all nine of us able to stay at one location. Honestly didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but will say it is a great location. Minutes from the airport and steps from the beach.

We had a great stay! The house is an older house in a great location. Loved the fenced in yard for our frenchies. Lots of things to and see close by. Bed in the main room could be a little better but overall we would definitely stay here again!! The tram was super friendly and responsive. They checked in a couole times to make sure we had everything we need.

Great place! There were only four of us, but the house could comfortably sleep many, many more. Location is wonderful and very close to the ocean.

Perfect location! You can see the beach from the front yard and it’s a block away-as are coffee and the boardwalk. Very easy space for kids and a great fenced yard for the four-legged family. Well stocked spices and a bbq grill, outdoor seating and lots of spots to sit and sleep inside made for a very comfortable stay!

The location of this property just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and activities, yet a bit away from the busiest hustle and bustle is ideal. The host was very prompt in replying to questions and addressing any issues throughout the reservation process and during our stay.

Mother Son trip

Great house for our group. Everyone fit comfortably and the three bathrooms were a big plus. Also a plus were the washer and dryer after our days at the beach. Good location with walkability to many attractions and restaurants.

Great place! Great Location! So many things are so close to wander either by foot or by ebikes. There's a full kitchen for quite nights in, Outdoor games provided for the yard. Enough room and TVs for everyone to have there alone time when need. There's a washer/dryer which was perfect for our extended stay so we didn't have to pack much. We will 1000% be returning here on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

The house is surprisingly spacious. We felt very comfortable, including our dog, who loved the large, fenced yard. Three separate showers and televisions in each of the five bedrooms stood out. Great location, as we walked five minutes to the impressive beach.

Beautiful Property

Volleyball State Tournament

We stayed at David's place while in Myrtle Beach for a tournament. The location was excellent and the accommodations were even better than the detailed description in the listing. David was proactive making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

Great House, Great Location

We had an amazing stay at the property. The house slept our group comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend. The proximity to the beach was great, and we loved having plenty of food options within walking distance. One of our favorite parts was the backyard fire pit — it was perfect for gathering in the evenings and made for some great memories. David was an awesome host, incredibly communicative, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again!

Myrtle Beach

The cleanliness of this place was awful. When I contacted the host, he offered to have someone come clean for us, I declined because we didn’t want anyone interfering with our stay and gave to either leave our items in the house or wait there for them to clean. This was not a one time kiss on cleaning. There were 2 pair of women’s DIRTY underwear, awful stained sheets, dead bugs on towels and on the floor…dirt around baseboards, I don’t know the last time it was cleaned/vacuumed. Bathtub had stained and a disgusting mat in it that was filthy. The yard had leaves and garbage all over the patio, we didn’t use it like we would have liked because it was so messy. I would absolutely never recommend anyone ever staying here and if I could have found a place for all of us (13) people I would have left immediately. I took pictures from when we got there and messed we found daily. We have rented places before here and after and I’ve never experienced anything like this and I hope I never do again.

Sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you experienced. We ended up firing a few cleaners back in late Oct / early Nov which was shortly after your stay. We also hired a new yard maintenance crew in Oct. Unfortunately there was a wind storm right before your arrival that led to a lot of leaves in the yard. We have people on call to handle any issues and we did try to send some staff right away to address the cleanliness issues but they were turned down by your group.
