New property listing in Sandpiper Bay! This dog-friendly third level condo is adjacent to Sandpiper Bay Golf Course and is located only 6 1/2 miles from Sunset Beach. The location is convenient for both golf and beach enthusiasts looking for a relaxing vacation in a resort setting. The condo is smoke-free and has two bedrooms/two full baths with 2 queen beds in the master bedroom and 1 queen bed in the second bedroom each with a private bath. Dogs are allowed (2 dog maximum) with a non-refundable pet fee per dog. There are 3 large flat panel televisions (ROKU - NO cable - Guests must use own accounts/Guest Mode) and WIFI for entertainment enjoyment. Ceiling fans in every room and central heat air allow for any level of comfort. The condo has a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and spacious with adjoining kitchen and living areas. The main area of the condo has patio doors that open to a screened porch for outside relaxation. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal wildlife and unwind. The kitchen features a raised bar with 3 counter stools and dining table with seating for 5 people. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. This condo has an outdoor storage closet containing beach chairs, athletic equipment and assorted beach and pool items available for guest use.

The Sandpiper community has tennis courts, grilling areas with charcoal free-standing grills and 2 pools for outdoor recreation!

Very nice stay. Only issue was the smoker below. Could not use balcony because smoke filtered up into the space making it uncomfortable to be outside on the balcony.

Sandpiper Bay was awesome!

Stayed in a nice 2 bed, 2 bath condo for 2 nights. The condo had everything I needed. I really enjoyed the Sandpiper Bay community. It was nice, quiet and yet close to great restaurants in Calabash and close to Sunset Beach. I will definitely stay in this community again!

Perfect condo!

Condo was clean. Had kcups available for coffee in the morning. Roku TVs in every room. Everything worked great! Beautiful view from the screened in porch.

Nice and clean.Found window locks open for small window near washer/dryer & a broken sculpture of turtles in coral in 1st bedroom (pics available if needed) on day 1.During the day Sun/Mon, the AC temp would auto adjust to 75. The temp outside was 85 with 80% humidity so it was very hot for this menopausal woman.My other guests and pets were not able to come this time.

Sandpiper Bay

Villia was very clean, has nice updated lighting and new carpet. Nicely decorated in coastal theme. The rocking chairs on the screened in terrace are nice and relaxing after a day at the beach. Golf course is only a short drive away. The two pool areas looked nice as well. However, I never got the pool key as it was not convenient to go pick up at another location and would need to go to the OI Beach at realty office to return it on checkout. A guest pool card in the villa or keypad would be a suggestion.

North Myrtle Beach weekend

We were disappointed with the outside of the property. The stairs to the third floor was poorly maintained. The railings were greasy, there were cobwebs at each opening, and the stairs needed swept! To gain access to the pool, at check in, we were informed we needed to travel 15 minutes to Sloane Reality to pick up the key and fob to use the pool. At the end of our stay, we needed to return it. I expressed my dismay and was told the cleaning team loses the fob. My response is to have the fob placed on a key chain by the previous renter or find a new cleaning team.

This was overall one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. I bought my own supplies for nothing. Trust was immediately earned when we walked through the door. There was no dank musty smell nor over powering cleaning sprays to cover anything up. I didn’t find any dusty spaces, random hair, mildewy shower curtains or suspicious linen. I was impressed. A bonus: you didn’t hear neighbors, the screened porch and fountain view were exactly what we needed for this getaway.
