Location:

Found on the highly desirable San Juan Avenue, we are centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. We are a short bike ride to Seaside Town Square and popular Seagrove restaurants and shops, or an easy walk to the Gulf!



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 2 Vehicles.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• NO STREET PARKING



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a copy of their ID

• No Pets- No Exceptions

• Exterior cameras present at the home

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Our stay was overall a great experience! The house was the perfect size for our small group and had all the amenities we needed, plus a lovely outdoor living space for relaxing. The location was very convenient and close to the beach, though we wouldn’t quite describe it as “steps away.” We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful Rental

We enjoyed our stay at Big Juan. The location was perfect. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach every day. We even rode them to Seaside to shop and eat. Would highly recommend staying here.

This place is fantastic. It is so cute and is perfect for visiting Seaside. The home is so clean and the hosts are so welcoming. Would DEFINITELY rent it again.

Perfect Little Cottage

Everything was so nice and well-designed. Close to the beach and shops. The outdoors are really charming. You can enjoy a good coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the afternoon looking a the fountain and feeling relaxed. I recommend it 100%.

Big Juan was a true delight. We stayed during Atlanta Week Spring Break and it was a calm, relaxing oasis for us to return. Easily accommodated 4 of us. Many unique items, local treasures and antiques decorating the house. Lots and lots of outside space. Games, beach items and a great grill. The owners took great care with all details for a true gem. Great location and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and if we had more people - rent Little Juan next door. Highly recommend!!
