As you arrive, you'll be charmed by its welcoming exterior, which almost resembles a small cathedral. Stepping inside, you have the choice to ascend a half-staircase to the main level or descend to the lower level, where extra fun awaits.



The main level offers an open-concept layout with lofty ceilings, providing ample space for relaxation and connection. The living area boasts large windows that invite in natural light, along with plush furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a generously sized TV. Adjacent to this cozy space, you'll discover a kitchen equipped for preparing meals at home. It features a dining table perfect for shared meals and friendly game nights. The open design of the kitchen allows for easy conversation while preparing delicious dishes. You'll find everything you need to whip up your favorite meals; just bring your groceries. Step outside onto the main level deck, where a private oasis awaits. It's the ideal spot to unwind, surrounded by the beauty of nature.



Venture upstairs to the top floor, where a spacious primary suite beckons with a king-sized bed, a relaxing whirlpool jacuzzi, and a private TV. An ensuite bathroom adds to your comfort. Additionally, there's a private, screened-in porch off the bedroom, offering a secluded spot to enjoy more time outdoors.



The lower level of Early Dawn features a second king bedroom with its own TV, inviting whirlpool tub, and private bath. A game room with yet another TV and a pool table promises hours of entertainment and friendly competition (loser does the dinner dishes!). Step out onto the lower level deck, where a large hot tub invites you to soak away the cares of the day after your adventures in the Smokies.



Guests of this Gatlinburg chalet rental have access to three clubhouses, the closest to Early Dawn being the S. Baden Clubhouse, which has a large outdoor pool, changing rooms/showers, shuffleboard, horseshoes, a playground, tennis courts, a gym, and a game room with billiards, ping pong, foosball, checkers/chess, and video games.
