We truly enjoyed our stay at BIRCH - It is a special place and we cannot wait to plan another stay as soon as we can. I highly recommend it. We had a lot of fun. It was all that we expected and much more !

Highly recommend this mansion. It’s less than 3 minutes to Mount Snow, which was super convenient. The amenities were amazing the indoor heated pool and the outdoor hot tub was a major plus, and everything felt comfortable and relaxing.

Had such an incredible weekend! This house is perfect for a group getting together for a ski trip. The mountain is 5 minutes from the house and coming back we enjoyed our time in the indoor pool and sauna! The hosts were very quick to communicate. We will definitely be back soon!

The house is in disrepair. Several of the windows are broken, most of the lights and lamps don't work, and the kitchen is poorly equipped for a house that can accommodate many people.Worst of all, laundry was piled high in the laundry room.

Trapped for 3 days

Inside property was great - house was very fun and spacious and clean . HOWEVER..the driveway clearly hadn’t been plowed for a long time when we got there and so once we pulled in our cars were stuck. We were trapped at the house for 3 days. The plow driver came to plow the neighbor and told us he hadn’t been paid by the owners so hadn’t been plowing for some time The owners finally arranged for a different plow to come but not being able to leave for 3 days really affected our ability to enjoy our trip . Communication was not great. There were multiple other issues related to snow accumulation on roof and deck and there really needs to be a maintenance person in the area that can address those things as they arise.

A rating without a review is difficult to respond to. All we can say is this: Some guests travel with a negative attitude. The negativity is present before they arrive and thus everything becomes an issue. Usually it's a tactic to extort a refund. We, by way of principle, don't cave in to such tactics. The house is beautiful and fully functional as can be seen by other guests reviews. Cleanliness is our trademark. Management is superb, devoted and available onsite to deal with all issues. Looking forward to hosting you all!
