The resort offers 2 swimming pools, soft and hard tennis courts, and a restaurant. Nearby to boutiques, galleries, farmers market, and fine dining restaurants. For the golf enthusiast, the world-renowned award-winning Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Poipu Bay Golf course adjacent to the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa will challenge the most focused golfer.

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condominium features exquisite Hawaiian-style furniture and décor and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

The black granite countertops in the kitchen lend a luxurious look to the well-equipped kitchen, down to the Vitamix blender for those juicers and smoothie makers.

The primary bathroom features a jetted tub and a walk-in marble shower. The living area is furnished with a smart TV, and a massage chair to help ease those tense shoulders and soothe the aching back. For the working executives, we have a home office nook with a printer.

Beach amenities are provided to help you enjoy your stay. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are ready to go for your day at the beach.

The bedrooms feature 1 King bed and 2 Full-size beds.

Just a ten-minute walk away brings you to beautiful Keoniloa Bay (nicknamed Shipwrecks by surfers) in front of the Grand Hyatt Kaua`i Resort & Spa and another ten-minute walk takes you to Brennecke’s beach.

Great condo in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortably furnished, super clean, and well equipped. The complex amenities were great as was proximity to the Poipu beaches.

Wedding trip

The apartment is perfect, very clean, kitchen has all the necessary items. Even though we didn't get chance to do any cooking. The beds are very comfortable. The location is so perfect. We will stay here again for the next trip to Kauai.

Nice condo

Condo was nice. Could use a little updating but over all was very clean and nice. We packed a lot of extra things such as spices, soap, shampoo and etc to find that is all supplied there with an abundance of all of it. The biggest complaint was no mats for shower or tub and was VERY slippery so had to put towels down. We also could not figure out how to work the tv in the spare bedroom. All said, the condo was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, well maintained condo with comfortable beds. Also, the owners thought of everything. It had all of the necessities to eat in, washer/dryer, cable tv, beach towels, even towels to clean off wet shoes at the front door, local guide books, regular coffee pot and keurig. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. If we returned we'd definitely stay in Poipu again and this property.

Best hosts, wonderful property

After having our flight home canceled at the last minute, these wonderful people helped us have a place to stay for a few unexpected extra days over Christmas. Like Living Under a Bowling Alley

Reviewer Comments: The Bad:1 - Cheap, creaking, and loose flooring, that made even normal walking from the upstairs tenants unbearably annoying, not to mention the pounding sounds of running kids, or exercising adults (these were actually normal and wonderful families - it was not their fault!) It would have been nice if RE/MAX, the management company, (a real estate company) would have disclosed this building noise issue beforehand. If they didn't know before, they do now.2 - SAFETY - There are hard to see, camouflage drop-down steps (2) from the dining area to the living room area, which I almost fell head-first onto the glass table while looking at the walls and not seeing the steps. It happened more than once. We had to put 3 stools from the bar and some paper guides on the floor to help us see the steps.Other than that ...Great Kitchen and AmenitiesGreat Master BathroomGreat ShowerGreat LocationGreat Massage ChairGreat Central Air ConditioningNice PoolsSafe feeling & spaciousGood PriceIf you're used to hearing loud upstairs sounds and noisy conditions, (we didn't hear voices, just the rumblings and pounding of the footsteps, running, jumping, exercising, vacuum cleaning, and chairs moving) this is the place for you!PS - All the above is truthful. We've been to Hawaii and other Vacation rentals numerous times 'per year' over the past 30+ years. With this place, if you are up and out by 6am and back after 9pm, you would probably miss the sounds and rumbles from above, for the most part. We, on the other hand, like to consider our lodging as part of the 'vacation experience'. Unfortunately, for us, being awoken every morning at 6am with the pounding sounds mentioned above, and continuing through the day, this 'place' was definitely not the 'vacation destination' of our dreams.

Expansive Comfortable Condo near Poipu Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relaxing location and set up for small family with working parents (2 computers). It felt luxurious. The walk to the beach is very reasonable (about 15 min with a 6 year old) but it is also only a couple minute drive and parking at beach was easy. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud, so soft. Unfortunately, the last 2 nights a large family(s) moved in upstairs and the banging through the ceiling was constant throughout the day and loud enough to wake us up very early in the morning. The first three nights were fantastic and our only small complaint was the loud footsteps from above which is not a fault of the rental. The condo came with anything we could have needed, though we didn't use most of it besides beach towels and umbrella.
