It was an everything we’d hope for and then some. It was a peaceful, lovely spot. A great, great cabin that was well provisioned. The cabin was clean we an open area. It was perfect.

Really enjoyable stay!

We loved staying here, the property was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Lots of extra supplies in case we needed anything. Kids especially enjoyed playing at shallow docks and adults loved the Adirondacks on the larger dock. Walk to town was easy and fun.

Peaceful

We stayed the last week of August. It was lovely. The days were warm and we spent them on the dock or floating in our inflatable rafts. The cottage was clean, spacious, and nicely equipped. The owner was quick to respond to any and all questions. We would like to stay here again

Beautiful location and home. This was our first trip to Maine, and my spouse and son are avid fishermen. This home is steps from beautiful Long Pond and Great Pond, and town. The owner is great with communication and left very helpful information in the home such as copies of menus from local restaurants, etc. She also provided information regarding local attractions and even fishing sites, which were all extremely helpful to us since we have never been to Maine. We normally book a very private secluded location on vacation so we were unsure what to expect with the Village Community setting. However, the neighbors were absolutely friendly and helpful and everyone around adhered to quiet hours at night which was Very much appreciated for early rising fishermen. The home has everything you need, and has air conditioning which we quickly learned is not always common in Maine :)Overall, this was a perfect home and location for our visit and we would definitely return!
